My husband and I were a part of the wood for vets that y'all did. Lemme tell y'all... we just ran out yesterday. Came in today to get a truck load. Everyone is so kind and compassionate there. The prices can't be beat. But the customer service? That's the best part for me. Y'all are a wonderful group of folks with wonderful people working there. Thanks for helping my family stay warm. This is a 5th generation place of business with Excellent service and supplys! The prices are right and the product is TOP NOTCH!

This place is wonderful! We bought our logs for our home about 2yrs ago, we have had to make some adjustments to our home and needed more posts. They had them ready when we needed them. They are always very helpful and friendly. Debbie is always a pleasure to work with and Mike knows just about everything there is to know about logs and will take time out of his very busy day to answer our questions. We highly, highly recommend them! Awesome!

Came here because they got good reviews from a friend who used to shop with them. That was a mistake in this case as things aren't the same anymore. I came here to get 2x4 rough cut lumber for an outbuilding, thinking it would be my cheapest option- closer to the forest where harvested, with no middle man, right at the sawmill. Nope.

My mistake was not calling ahead to check prices- WOW they were high! I could have forgiven the price if it was quality wood, but it isn't- splits in a number of ends, bowed, and very light weight (they said it was spruce) compared to the much denser doug fir I got elsewhere. They had all of it bundled and ready to load, but I noticed they had thrown on some junk I had to reject.

A month prior to this, I bought FINISHED and straight 2x4 lumber in NM, that was better wood without any splits or flaws at Lowe's for $2 per board cheaper.

Heres the thing- I don't mind paying more to support the small guy, but I'm going to demand the same or better quality.

Allpine Lumber is second to none! Amazing company, great craftsmanship, and overall offers an amazing experience. The owner Mike is one of the hardest workers I have ever met, and is extremely helpful. Highly recommend them for any lumber or cabin needs you may have. Very profesional and informative. If they make a mistake they will kindly rewind and fix it. Not only that but they learn from there mistakes...so that being said they are always progressing...Alpine is the place for lumber but so much more...friendly people and honest hard workers....blue collar royalty. We called to place an order for lumber and at first we were told the lumber was available. We were then told at a later time that "the a part broke on the machine" so we would receive a call back once it had been repaired. After a week of waiting we called to follow up on our order and were told th machine was never broken they were out of logs and are still out of logs so the order couldn't be processed. We spoke with Debbie through out this process, she is extremely rude and unhelpful, during each interaction. Someone needs to put her through some customer service classes or at least address her horrible attitude towards customers.
