When we first bought our house, All Seasons sticker was on our boiler. We called and used Dan to tune up the boiler, replace all the glycol, etc--and we were happy with his (fairly expensive) work. Since then, we've had Dan out about once per year to work on/fine tune the boiler.

Everything's been fine until this year, and his service went right down the toilet. Had to replace a pump on the boiler, quoted "about $300 for the impeller--that's all we have to replace" and ended up with a $901 bill. Discovered a leak in the system, Dan said we'll have to abandon the existing plastic line, drill up through your hardwood floor, run exposed pipes, put in baseboard heaters, etc. Meantime, no heat in 3 areas. Asked for estimate...3 weeks later, nothing. That's on top of 3 times he simply didn't show up or call. Our relationship ended today when he promised to come by at 8-8:30am, didn't show. At 9:30am I told him not to bother, he responded with "good luck", and finally responded with "lol".

Too bad. Good guy, good work--and my experience is that too may times he's totally unreliable.

Started installing in floor heat but it took them 1 month because they only came to work 2 days a week. Then left high and dry when the project was 90% done.
