I have a rental with multiple patches from chasing leaks. Ive never replaced the roof because it was so expensive to do the whole thing. I called Gio for a water leak. He gave me a price for the repair and a price to replace the entire roof. He gave me an affordable option to do the whole thing. His guys showed up on the time he said he would. That’s a hard thing to find in Miami. Gio was giving me updates along the process and working with the tenants. Picked up after themselves. They walked the property to pick up nails that fell. I would use again.
