Came. Stated he could perform all tasks requested and that his work was excellent quality. Could not install exhaust fan in main bath, so instead placed $30 light and left ceiling undone from previous heater site he removed. Stated would arrive at 9AM and would come late, drop his daughter’s boyfriend off and state he had to go to alternate work site and would be back “later”, leaving me sitting & waiting. Replaced bathroom door and tore hallway Sheetrock, and stated he would just paint it with same paint for bath (not matching hallway paint at all) and when I called to ask him to give me the Sheetrock he tore off so I could take it at my expense to have Lowe’s match existing paint, I got no response. Door he did place does not close properly. Was to fix can light in living room and adjust carport door (didn’t happen. Almost a month later I have 2 6x10 rooms partially painted , and there is more paint on the ceiling fixtures and floors than there is on the walls, as well as on my newly refinished hardwood floor. I finally today fired him and will seek alternate services I am truly sad and disgusted that I believed him and trusted his word
