I spoke with Luis of Alfa Construction about two weeks. He made me feel at ease with the entire process. I didn't feel pressured to hire his company. After a week of rain, he was able to have my new roof installed. I am pleased with his company's workmanship.

Update: Two weeks after completing a job, he had the nerve to ask for an additional $4000. He claimed it was for materials and that he had receipts. He also kept saying that he wasn’t a thief. I can’t tell if you asked for additional funds that were inflated afterwards. He had the audacity to tell me that the roofer that my insurance company had the footage wrong for my house. Well, I guess three other roofers had it wrong too!! Naw, he just lied and tried to get more money! I do not recommend them at all because of his shady practices.

I called Luis after a professional plumber tried to over charge me. I explained to Luis what I needed done and within an hour him and his plumber were at my home fixing my repair. And what a great job they did. I asked like a thousand questions and they answered and explained what they were doing. The job was completed, he didn't over charge me, and now I am able to use my kitchen sink with no problems! Luis and his team will be the only ones I call when I need home improvement.

Alfa Construction did AMAZING job in building my 2-story deck!! I recently had a “not so pleasant” experience with a previous contractor and Luis went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He and his crew showed up on time and his communication was superb as he walked me through each phase of the project. He provided beautiful design ideas, explained why certain materials were used, and recapped each day’s work – which meant a lot to me because I am very picky and ask a lot of questions. The craftsmanship and attention to detail blew me away!! My new deck looks like it cost twice as much as I paid, and the result is more than I ever imagined. Also, the pergola and privacy wall took it to the next level and now my neighbors are in awe. I can’t wait to entertain with movie nights, host BBQ’s, and even kick back and relax on a quiet evening.
I highly recommend this Alfa Construction as the customer service, quality, and work ethic were truly exceptional. Thank you for “Building my Dream” !!

Luis and his team were dedicated, diligent and so helpful with everything from the design, to the tear down and all the way through completion. We first started dealing with Alfa Construction on June 16th asking for a quote estimate for a driveway replacement. We set up a time for June 21st. The owner didn't show on that day until I called him at 3:30... "He forgot." He told us that he lived around the corner and was sitting at home, meanwhile, we were waiting around for him. When he came, he spoke with my husband. He took no measurements, he gave no details on what would need to be done, or anything else. My husband had to ask if different things would be done. The owner said he would send us the estimate. We texted him our email address immediately. Fast forward to June 29th, we hadn't heard a peep. No estimate. No, I am working on it. So, I texted to inquire about the estimate. He responded the next day that he would have it soon. Today, July 12th, no estimate, no contact, no nothing. If it is this hard to get an estimate, I am afraid what this company's work ethic would be like. Even if I get an estimate, we will not be using Alfa Construction.

Luis and Alfa Construction were great to work with and the work they did on my home was excellent! We had a french door taken out of a third bedroom and replaced with a wall - and you can't even tell that the french door was even there. The hardwood floors were sanded and re-stained and everyone that has seen them has praised the floors. Painting inside and outside of the house - all high quality. If I need additional work in the future, I would gladly hire these guys again.

Luis stayed in touch with us during the entire process (communicating when work would start, sending us progress pictures as work was being done, letting us know the status of the items being worked on, and when work would be completed).
