Wow! So impressive! The service I received from start (initial call at 10pm on a Saturday) to finish (Martin, the on-site crew leader literally packing up to leave as I type this review the following Tuesday 11:30AM. See pic.) has been outstanding! Martin (Skyler as well) have been prompt, polite, professional and quick about their work. Their promptness prevented the water leak from expanding into any walls. A HUGE plus! I can’t think Rebekah, Martin, Skyler and Mark the dispatcher enough, as their teamwork of communication was not only better than expected, but as good as I could have possibly hoped for! I hope you’re not reading this review because you also in an emergency as I was, but if you are, I suggest you make the call to Alert Disaster Restoration now, with my highest possible endorsement.

Mark from ADR managed to do an excellent job at painting our back fence that had horrible graffiti on it. Highly recommend him to do get the job done. Great customer service. Here are the before and after pictures.

Alert Disaster was very prompt with their service. From the moment Seth came out to inspect and provide a quote to when Alex came to do the water damage restoration work. Both Alex and Seth thoroughly explained the whole process and never left me with unanswered questions. Despite it being demolition work, Alex left the area very clean, tucking away all cables from the fans securely. Thank you for the great work!

We had our home catch on fire and was unliveable. I didn't know where to start, but Alert Disaster was there from day 1 and helped walk me through the process. Kolin, my project manager, and Tim both were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Everyone that came to work on the house was extremely courteous and professional and were fantastic at everything they did. My brother who was in construction over 40 years and always points out flaws in other people's work walked through the house when it was finished and told me it was perfect. If anyone ever goes through a tragedy like this, I highly recommend Alert Disaster Restoration.

There's never a good time for an unexpected expense to arise. However, when you call a company for help who not only picks up the phone, sets up a site visit immediately, and sends the BEST crew to complete the job, you start to breathe a little easier. From Howard, Tim, and Rose in the office to Skylar and Santos for containment, all were accommodating in answering our many questions and calls! However, a very special shoutout to Martin, who took care of EVERYTHING else during the project. Martin was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. My home was flooded within two hours by a leaking toilet line. When I called Alert they responded within 15 minutes. Troy who supervised and worked along side with his crew during the mitigation part was very knowledgeable and explained the process. Troy’s commitment was impressive he gave his full attention to cleaning up my home in a timely manner he was here everyday until the job was complete. I highly recommend Alert Disaster Restoration.
