Aleco deserves more stars than these! Should be at least a 1,000! A little scared to have all my outlets updated. By speaking to Tony on the phone he eased my concerns, and I realized it was the right thing to do. Quality service all around. Kindness, expertise of installation and a great product is what you get from Aleco. So wonderful to know I have Aleco to call upon if I need help again! Thanks guys you are the best!

I’m happy with the new lighting, the dimmer switch, job done on time, your technicians were friendly.
I’m disappointed with the cleanup, they swept up, but left a lot of debris on my hallway floor, living room floor and floor lamp. They watched me as I grabbed a broom and swept up the debris, I would think they would have a clue that I was not satisfied with their cleaning and did more.
I went out to my driveway to find litter from Home Depot, and water bottle cap

Scheduling easy and very friendly staff, very good and efficient service, very good prices… only one issue: the technician didn’t show up at the allotted time and no one told us he had called in sick. I had to reschedule and everything went very well after that.

First step signed acceptance for replacing 125 Amp Main, Overhead on our residence. Work to be performed includes virtually everything in writing which is appreciated. So far impressed with their estimator, presentation and being on time. Job performance to be determined.

The individual who gave me the cost assessment on my project was professional and respectful of my property. He told me my cost factor and would send me a written email supporting his estimate. I did not receive the written email estimate; however, the verbal dollar amount of the costs of work to be performed far exceeded my expectations. Thank you for your estimate. Aleco electric responded to my request quickly , less than 20 minutes on 11/26 afternoon. The repair was arranged in the same afternoon.
Mr Jorge Valladares is an experienced, professional and honesty technician. He came to my house and found out the problem within 20 minutes. He also checked and inspected the other part of my house and to locate the source of the problem.
He gave me helpful advice and options. Lastly, the problem was solved and fixed.
The checking and repair price were reasonable and affordable. The service includes material fees, checking and inspection fees, labors fees and taxes.
If you have electrical issues, I recommend Aleco to you.

They were able to respond fairly quickly to my service request, but after waiting 4 days to have a guy come he was unable to make repair, and had to schedule another day to do that. The time on site to make repair was no more than 15min, and I feel the cost was excessive (replaced 2 circuit breakers). Techs were nice, polite, good customer service, but pricey. Like the saying goes, you pay for the expertise, not for time and materials.
