This company owned by Marwan Alabbasi owns 20 acres next to my property. He bulldozed the entire 20 acres and when rains came, his and his son’s bulldozing caused significant damage to my property. He never got permits before destroying “the natural flow”. I made formal complaints to city of Menifee engineers and regional water control board and both departments agreed with me. My one acre permitted pad was destroyed and has to be redone. Alabbasi verbally agreed to pay for the damages, he is now refusing forcing me to take him to court along with his son Rami Alabbasi. I will NEVER give this company any good recommendation. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. They do not properly secure their property and I’ve had to call the cops on that property twice and the fire department once (so far). He claims to be a licensed engineer but I wouldn’t trust him or his son on any property. Now I have to hire a lawyer to force those 2 to take responsibility for their actions which did extensive damage to my permitted and approved pad. Zero stars.

I’m writing to share my disappointment with this company’s monopolistic practices. It appears they are exerting too much control over hiring and government project contracts, making it difficult for local businesses like mine to compete fairly.

California’s Cartwright Act prohibits monopolistic behavior, ensuring fair competition, especially in public projects. However, this company seems to be bypassing those principles by limiting opportunities for local businesses. It’s concerning to see such unfair practices that harm the local economy and stifle competition.

I hope this company will reconsider its approach and adopt more inclusive, fair business practices that align with state laws and promote equal opportunities for all.
