I wanted to build a pool house and do a garage addition. The first designer we hired developed a set of plans which he submitted to the Los Angeles County Building and Safety Office. After receiving a list of corrections and additional county offices to review the plans, the first designer abandon the project and had to be fired. Aris agreed to take on this in-progress project. I found Aris very easy to work with, efficient and creative. He was excellent at keeping me informed of the progress of the project through the various county offices. Perhaps most important, Aris follow-up with county offices and nudged them along to complete their part of the review process. This cut weeks of waiting-around time off the project. I will be returning to Aris for any future construction projects.
