I live in ridgewalk apartments in GA the associates in the office are rude and will add charges to your rent without notice or reason when you inquire about the charges they hang up on you or threaten to call the police and trespass you the worst staff in any sector of business i have ever encountered. I am processing a complaint through the courts now i have never once paid my rent late amd the still find a way to harass you . I have reached out to their corporate office several times without a call back the office lady’s laugh about it saying good luck with that they are only going to call us back . I will never recommend any property under this management company ever!!!!!

Horrible management company, absolutely horrible. All of their properties are in terrible, crime-ridden areas yet they charge an arm and a leg for them. They hire a skeleton office staff as well as a skeleton maintenance staff, and the employees understandably just can't keep up. If they're charging all of this money for apartments, why can't they adequately staff their properties? I moved into one property and it was terrible. Even the maintenance guy was apologizing to me because he said the office mixed up my move-in date. Then they transferred me to another property on Texas Avenue and it was even worse! Roaches all over the place, old dirty appliances, and the walls had only been spot painted. The office was always closed and no one ever answered the phone!

I have lived at 2 different AGPM properties in the Florida Keys. One in Key West and one in Marathon. I transferred to Marathon when the apartment complex was not going to be managed by AGPM any longer. I think the apartments are so very nice. With washer and dryers and dishwasher and garbage disposals, we have all the modern conveniences! Personal parking spaces, and a staff that is rarely, if ever, unavailable to speak with. Maintenance staff are pretty fire on getting to any issues and the office staff is always ready to help. They have fun get togethers for the residents, even had a real Santa for the kids (he was also bi-lingual!) and gave every child a gift for the Holiday's. If the rest of the country's AGPM properties are like these here in the Keys- definitely live there!

We enjoyed living in the Va complex and the staff there was awesome. The problem we have is with corporate we move out in March of this year and still haven’t received our deposit back yet and we have contacted them over and over again. I don’t understand what’s the hold up is and I didn’t want to make a review but it’s only because we haven’t gotten any results yet.

I been living at Banyan Cove for a few years it's a beautiful, clean,quiet property, residents are really friendly and helpful to each other.The property is located minutes away from historic downtown deland,convenient location to stores and activities I highly recommend this property its a,great place to live.
