Very grateful for the work both Damien and Titus did in our home. The communication was excellent and the service was top notch. They were very professional and took the time to explain the the install and how everything worked. I am so happy for the reference from a neighbor and that I connected with Affordable Refrigeration. If you're looking for professionalism, hard working, and an honest company...give them a call!

Left a message for the owner, Damien, who returned my call within a few minutes. He was out of town but made arrangements for one of his employees to make the service call within 1/2 hour. His employee was friendly and helpful. Was able to diagnose and fix the issue in under 1 hour. Price was reasonable, and customer service was excellent. These guys will be my go-to for any heating and cooling needs I have in the future.

We love this company! Damien and Kyle are the best of the best for your HVAC needs in the area. Our florist company located in our home studio depends on a working floral cooler and they are always right there within hours to make sure things are working perfectly! Just the other Friday night it was really cold in our home and something on our heater was not working right. Kyle was here in a half an hour to fix the situation and order a part. They are personable and have great character - something I think is desirable with working in our home. We are thankful to know them.

Damien is amazing! We hired him to replace our water heater. With this being our first house we had lots of questions on our options. He was very thorough in explaining our options. He was quick with his response time and the installation. We will be working with him on all of our needs in the future:)

I called the number even after hours and Mia responded very promptly in a courteous, informative manner. She states, "I was afraid somebody would not have heat through the night." That caring attitude is a nice change of pace for a while. She told me that there is a class action suit for LG refridgerators because the compressors are failing at a much earlier time than they should. This is a LG refridgerator brand problem only. I informed he we went through all the tips are manual says to try, but to no avail. Even though she was getting ready for bed, she took the time out of her life to speak with me and where would be a reputable brand and place to go to purchase a new one. This is going beyond the call of duty and certainly deserves some recognition. I will use A1 HVAC in the future. Thank you again Mia! You have a winning attitude and that is something anyone should be proud of and certainly is destined for success!

My refrigerator started making a loud noise and not cooling properly over the holiday weekend. When I called Monday I was sure they would say they were too busy, but they promptly returned my call and scheduled to come out that same day. The tech was professional, polite, punctual, and worked clean. My unit had to defrost overnight to fix the problem and the next day continued to be the same great service and the refrigerator was up and running again. We are new to the area, so very happy to find this company. Definitely saving their number in my phone for any future appliance repair needs.

I have used Affordable Refridgeration in the past. When my furnace wasn’t working a few weeks ago a tech from AR spent two hours at my home to conclude I needed a new furnace. This was quite shocking as I’m a single Mom and my furnace is less than ten years old. I asked to speak to Damien the owner and the tech assured me he would call to explain my options. Meanwhile I had no heat. I spent that night without heat and when I texted Damien at 5 AM the next morning after not hearing from him.. when my house was 50 degrees to ask why he did not call. And why I was left without heat .. he verbally attacked me for not CALLING HIM !! I reminded him I was the customer and his tech told me they would call. He offered to bring heaters after Malbrit Mechanical fixed my furnace in 15 minutes.
I don’t trust Affordable Refridgeration and I do not recommend them.
