We are very happy with our Friendship home! Worked primarily with Kerry - I'd say the key is to ask LOTS of questions. We did feel as though some items were not automatically offered without us first asking for them ( little items like garbage disposals and outside faucets, etc). Most of the items WERE covered but just be sure to point out anything not included in your ordering. We have been in our home for 4 months now - we had our walk through early on and every concern was dealt with pronto (i.e. Our stove had a small dent in it, nothing real concerning or noticeable ... we came home to a brand new stove right away!) This does not feel like a manufactured home, and Kerry and Luke have been attentive to any questions we had along the way.

Jake and crew really don’t have a clew on what customer service is. Their sales pitch is great but after that they fall short in their communication with the customer. They have spread themselves so thin in wanting to make more sales that the customers fail to receive quality service. Quantity is not the answer if you can’t provide quality service in the end. The sub contractors they have are awesome but they too are spread so thin they have a hard time getting the job done, although , they do get the job done. We recently had a Mid Country Home delivered. Very good product so far. If we were to do this again we would do a lot more research before deciding to do business with Affordable Homes.

Worked with Jake and Luke on our Mid Country home. It was great to have them there for any questions the whole way through. Very attentive and available through out the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone ready to do this process. Great people!
