From start to finish Jesse and his entire crew were more than accommodating. Jesse worked directly with the insurance company to be sure that we were represented fairly and properly! He was patient with us while making decisions and provided great input and suggestions! When our garage burned down we reached out to 6 companies to get quotes and Jesse was the only one that returned our calls. The entire time he was very responsive and did not seem like we were hassling him in any way. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would recommend to anyone looking to support a local business!! We are looking forward to our roof and gutter project in the future!! The estimate was complete and easy to understand. The pricing of the roof project was fair, and I felt the crew who did the roofing job was very competent and knowledgeable. The project was completed in a very timely manner, and when done, there was total clean up.

ACS did an AMAZING job on our home makeover. New siding, new windows/door, interior window trim and, exterior insulation and gutters. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave me suggestions as well. The whole process was seamless and they were respectful of the house and property. From day one of the estimate I was very impressed with this company. They pointed out damage the other “Let Us Do It!” bidding companies completely glossed over; we wouldn’t have had such complete coverage without the job forman Derek’s thorough inspection and subsequent working with our insurance company.

Affordable Contracting did an entire roof replacement on my large horse farm and enormous metal riding arena which was damaged by a hailstorm. If you know horses, you know that they cannot be anywhere near sharp objects because they will find them, step on them, and then die a horrible death. Needless to say, I was a basket case about the job, because there was no way for me to segregate my horses from the work area. But Derek went out of his way to make sure that my animals would all be safe. His meticulous instructions to his crew and his thorough daily clean up was outstanding. There was even a very steep hip-line on my barn roof that the crew shingled with speed and efficiency.

I would absolutely recommend this company for work on anyone’s construction projects. And if you see Derek, give him a pat on the back and a cold beer for me!

Jesse, his crew, and his subcontractors did an phenomenal job adding a suite (complete with cathedral ceiling, bathroom, and kitchen sink and counter) to our home for my mom. He was insightful, thoughtful, patient, honest, fair, and delivered efficient, top-notch, high-quality work in a professional and timely manner. He consistently communicated with us so there were no surprises along the way and was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. He really tried to stay within our budget and generated less expensive alternatives to keep costs down for us. He provided us a quote at the beginning of the project with everything clearly laid out, and any changes were well documented and accurately accounted for in the final bill. What we most appreciated about him was that he was really direct; if he couldn't do something or thought something was not well thought out, he was honest and respectful in guiding us down a different avenue.
