Did my due diligence before hiring a company to remodel 2 bathrooms in our New Berlin condo. AD&R checked all the boxes. From the minute Greg came out to look at our project, we knew AD&R was exactly what we were looking for. They laid everything out for us and made the entire process seamless. Estimated time for completion was 6-8 weeks; it was finished in 7 weeks. Using an app called “JobTread”, we were kept informed of every single development. We were able to communicate through the app, and someone from AD&R would respond within hours. Andy and Casey were great to work with. No questions or concerns were too small. The subcontractors they employ are amazing…professional, considerate of our time and our home, and are true craftsmen. The tile guy pulled every river rock off the sheet and laid it by hand so it would fit nicely (see pic). The adage “you get what you pay for” certainly holds true. The entire AD&R team is THE BEST. We are extremely pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our experience with Advantage Design + Remodel was wonderful! After interviewing multiple other companies AD+R was a clear choice for our Oak Creek basement bathroom and flex space project. The design process was stress free and we were never pressured to include anything that we did not want, or that was not a part of our budget. I changed my mind several times and Casey was very knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring that the final design was something that we loved. Pricing was extremely transparent and reasonable for today’s market, with no surprises or change orders on their end. Their scheduling system allowed us to see when all trades were scheduled to be in the house as well as when they were projected to be done with their scope of work. All subcontractors they used were extremely respectful of the house. AD+R works hard to keep the house clean by using floor protection into the remodel space, tarping off the space from the adjacent room(s), and using great dust mitigation measures. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a design/build company!!

We had our New Berlin bathroom remodeled by Advantage Design + Remodel in summer 2024 and the experience was wonderful. We had been putting the project off for years because it all felt very daunting. Advantage was the absolute right choice for us because they made everything easy and we really felt taken care of.

The design phase was so helpful. We thought we knew exactly what we wanted, but Casey had so many great ideas and insights that we never would have thought of. The rendering software they use was so helpful for us to really be comfortable with our design decisions.

We did get a little overzealous during the design phase and once all the bids came back from the sub-contractors, the budget had really exploded. Advantage's response to that situation was exactly what you would hope for. They were open and transparent about where unexpected costs arose and they worked really hard to get things back down to where we were comfortable, and the finished product is still stunning.

Advantage Design + Remodel is not the cheapest option there is, but you really get the extra value from the cost. Between the design services, the excellent project management, the dust mitigation, and the overall integrity of the team, it was money well spent. Our only regret is that we wish we would have done it sooner.

Our initial visit with ADR was with Greg in their studio where all aspects of our project were discussed and explained in detail. We were looking to replace two bathroom vanity tops with high quality Cambria quartz. Our project was very simple compared to the renovations ADR usually is involved in, but we were treated to the same professional attention given to their more lucrative endeavors. Greg was in constant contact with us about the scheduling of our job and kept us informed as to when the material was avaliable for installation. The crew was very respectful of our property and completed the project in short order. The finished product is stunning and adds value to our home. We made the right choiice by using ADR and will recommend them to all.

My wife and I worked with Advantage Design + Remodel on a large basement remodel that included a bathroom, bedroom, wet bar, and more. With such a large project, we wanted to make sure that whatever contractor we selected was going to be there every step of the way and make sure the final project was exactly what we were dreaming about. From the very start, the Advantage team listened to our needs and incorporated them into beautiful designs for what our basement would look like. We were able to “walk” through 3D renderings of the final space and make changes to different elements like countertops or faucets, which gave us the confidence we needed that the space was going to be perfect.
When the project kicked off, Andy and the team made sure that we knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. The different teams they brought in for electrical, plumbing, or carpentry were so well orchestrated and professional, they all felt like a natural extension of the team. These teams would even go out of their way to help answer questions for me about different components and even went so far as to tape up an outline for where a TV would go so I could measure and get a feel for the final sizing. If there was ever a change to the schedule or we had a request, Andy was on it immediately and I felt like he sincerely cared about our experience.
The final project was exactly like the design we had gone through with the Advantage team and it was the perfect addition to our house. We’ve got a private bedroom for out-of-town guests, a full bathroom that everyone raves about, and the perfect family room for movies and football. The kids love playing in the basement now and all the little details that were included really make the space “ours”.
With a large remodel, there is always going to be some concern about the size and scope of the project. I can say from personal experience that Advantage Design + Remodel is the perfect partner for these projects. From start to finish they brought a care and professionalism that gave us confidence that we had a partner in this project and the end result was going to be something truly special. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

AD+R did a fantastic job maintaining both the schedule and the quality of workmanship at the same time.
