Great company to work with. I had needed extensive work done to my house due to an insurance claim. My insurance recommended advanced construction. Against my initial instincts I spoke to Peter at my house and I'm glad I did. Peter, Andrew and their teams are the best at what they do. They went above and beyond to make sure the repairs to my house were handled properly. The project took quite some time but their attention to detail made it well worth the wait.

Our house flooded and we referred to Peter by the flood professionals. Im grateful for everyone at Advanced Construction and Restoration. Both Peter and Andy walked us through every step of the process with the insurance, design, and construction. They were patient, answered all our questions, and responsive at every turn. Not only did they replace everything damaged just like it was but they exceeded our expectations and made our house feel like a home again. Peter, Andy and the whole crew over at Advanced Construction & Restoration came to my home and rebuilt it (water flood in kitchen, living room, bathroom) and it was like it never happened. We had a water leak in our walls and had to deal with insurance. They repaired the walls and ceiling. Our whole upstairs had glued down flooring which they had to remove and replace. Everyone we worked with was great.
They were on time. They helped us understand the insurance and worked with us to make sure the flooring was what we wanted. They made sure to let us know if something wasn't safe and helped us to let insurance know so we could make sure our job was done correctly and safely. They provided us with guidance and our overall experience was excellent. The picture I included are just a few. Highly recommend for home improvements.

Having a slab leak is a nightmare, but having one two days before Christmas is something else. Fortunately Advanced Construction and Restoration came to the rescue. Peter and Andy made sure to keep us in the loop with everything that was going on in the house by staying in constant communication with us. The team were very professional and kind. The team made sure our home was cleaned and secured after their workday, which made things easier for me as I have little ones running around. Advanced construction turned a stressful situation into a painless and less stressful situation for us. The end result, a beautiful home. Thank you Advanced Construction and Restoration team!

Due to a home insurance claim with water damage on the inside of our home, we needed to find a construction company that could start work asap as we were eager to get our home back to normal. Peter and Andy were very communicative from the time we first reached out until the job was complete. They were very knowledgeable about the insurance process and helped us get insurance to cover what was needed in terms of repairing/replacing. When our insurance company stalled in the process, Peter told me what to do and say to them and made himself available for every phone call. They made sure we had access to our washer/dryer throughout the job as our damage was in the laundry room. Throughout the job, Alex showed us what work they completed that day and altered/fixed things we weren't completely satisfied with. This was one of the least stressful parts of the home insurance claim and we are so happy to have our home back to normal.

The team worked promptly & efficiently and did an excellent job on my roof, which affected one of my upstairs bedrooms and also affected my garage during a recent windstorm earlier this year. I must say my experience was positive as the team also conducted themselves professionally, were respectful and kept me informed along the way. We had a superb experience with Advanced Construction & Restoration. They fully remodeled our kitchen and added a ladies' room to the most level of the house. This was our 1st time doing a project like this and that we didn't know what to expect going into it. Peter was our main contact and was very helpful in explaining the method . They were very professional from day one. We felt the value of the project was very reasonable. the planning process went well and was very collaborative. one among the simplest aspects of their work is their reliability. They showed up a day and on time until the project was completed. The project was finished on time and within the initial budget. we'll definitely use Advanced Construction & Restoration again.
