Franz was at our neighbors on a Sunday afternoon to discuss a problem they had with their concrete. We walked over to get his contact information because we also had a problem with sinking concrete. He was so kind and willing to come to our house and take a look at our problem that day. He was very knowledgeable and efficient explaining our problem and how to fix it. Within a week his crew was at our house . They showed up on time, they worked all day until they had our job completed. They were organized, neat and courteous. I would hire them again in a minute.

Advanced Concrete and repairs did amazing work lifting the front steps and concrete around the front of the house. The team was very courteous and answered all my questions while the work was being done. Franz was a true professional and took the time to explain to us the process and set clear expectations. Amazing work. I needed a three car drive lifted. They also discovered a void under the garage floor that was able to be filled before there was a bigger issue. Franz gave me a quote promptly and a precise timeline. The crew was also fantastic. They were organized, efficient, and did a great job with cleanup. We own an Old house and there is nothing level anywhere! Franz and his crew came in and leveled a breezeway, and front apron to the garage! They ran into many unknown circumstances and took them all in stride. They finished the job in one day without taking any breaks. The crew was friendly and very efficient! Franz described in detail what needed to be done to lift and level my garage floor and driveway. Franz, Alex, Josh, and Andy arrived on a day when the heat index was 105°F. The team quickly began setting up the job site, each one knowing exactly what needed to be done. Their team work, professionalism, and work ethic were really impressive. They worked non-stop all day. I am very pleased with the results.
