Fawaz is a hard working and reliable contractor. He is so helpful in accomodating to your needs and friendly. One of his partner, the structural engineer, is also very nice and they are both willing to work the project out with you whether it is for an ADU or structural concerns in your home. Got the job done and relieved a huge stress because we have been calling around for almost 1 month, either the other people were too expensive or non-responsive or would cancel. These guys pulled through and got the job done quicker than I had anticipated. Thank you very much Fawaz and Cliff!! We really appreciate your helpfulness with us, very happy with the whole experience 🙂 will use again if needed for sure.

Been working with Fawaz for some time and he is very professional, responsive, and has the best prices period. A lot of these contractors are big rip offs and like to milk your money.
