Never received our bill. Try to pay over the phone.on hold for 30 minutes for a customer service rep. No answer. Tried smart hub but you need your account number. Without bill, I do not know account number. Does anyone work here to take phone calls? Horrible.

The worst company in wisconsin. They turn power off without notifying and leave families stranded with little kids because we dont fit within there working hours. So sickening. This company needs to be shut down. I can’t understand how they cant flip there switch after hours when the bill is paid. If Adams responds to call the office to speak with there customer service people, that don’t help, never answer questions directly please don’t comment. If you have a solid resolution id love to hear it in the response!

Neg - 10 stars terrible service and super high prices. I though moving out of dane county would be cheaper. I have spent months trying to get online service. So tried after hours call nothing. Then turned service off and wanted 100 + deposit 315. What a joke if website actually woukd let u register. I think they do it for the extra funds.

Recently up at our little cottage. First time we lost power. Power restored quicker than expected, even though it was a weekend night and very windy. Thanks for the great service!

If I could give a ZERO STAR I would. Now I know it's not all their fault but I had my service turned off. However I did exactly what they told me on Friday April 28 pay before 4pm which I did my card info was done at 351pm can't help that automated service is slow as I started at 340. Kept transferring finally at 412 i got a live person. An I get sorry it's after 4pm. I have my mother who is in on oxygen now we have to wait until Monday to. If something happens to my mother they will have a lawsuit. I have never experienced such terrible and heartless people in my life and I work customer service. It's not like they even come out to your house anymore

I had to shut my box off completely during my 3+ years of flooding and when I wanted them to turn it back on they charged me $1.08 a day for NOT having it on. WTH is that about? Then they're now charging me around $37 a month just to have the box on without me having the main breaker even on. Total monopoly that only cares about profits. They're not a co-op. They're thieves.
