There once was a time long ago where I believed it was easy to install Pool interior finish. It's easy to be blissfully unaware. You don't know what you don't know.

What's not easy is the pit in your stomach feeling of realizing Pool finish is a niche item and the fastest and cheapest are not necessarily the best.

I have worked with Adams Pool Specialties on hundreds of pool interior finish jobs.
I've worked with other pool interior finish companies a few times.

The interior finish in your pool is the primary aspect of achieving the correct watercolor you desire, which can sway the overall aesthetic of your entire yard.

Adams does interior finish the best.
Specifically, their personal Adams Pebble Plus interior finish, and Adams Tahoe Series mini-Pebble and the hefty 10-year warranties they come with.

On the hundreds of pools, we have worked on together I have seen an issue maybe three times on their finish and they honor their warranty. They may not get to it immediately, but they DO get to it and honor it. Peak pool building times are Summer between Memorial Day and dropping off at Labor Day. Being the best, they are typically very busy during these times.

Most of the time they typically don't need to do anything to the finish after installed because the team IN the pool installing it is top quality. While there are a FEW greenhorns the majority of the crew has a decade or more experience working full time on pool interior finish installs. They are not the cheapest, but they do offer top quality crew and materials, and this is why they are the best.

We contacted Adams Pool Specialties in November 2023. Our representative was Matt Andrew. Matt was very professional and easy to talk with. Matt suggested a number of ideas and we decided to go ahead with the contract. Customer service was solid and the construction teams were very professional, prompt, and arrived on time throughout the construction. Yes there were days when the weather was bad but the rescheduling was made immediately. As the pool was being remodeled we met with Mike Butler, the design consultant and we decided to replace our current landscaping in the front and backyard. We also had a professional putting green installed. The whole project took a little over three months to complete. Communication between the project manager, and crew managers was excellent. The pool looks amazing with the pebble finish and the landscape is fresh and beautiful with color and texture. Thank you Matt, Michael and Camilo. Adams, you did a great job.!

Had our pool resurfaced late Fall 2023. Unfortunately, a plaster issue arose shortly after that needed repair. It would require emptying the pool again. The winter was very wet which prolonged the repair date until last week. However, the customer service was solid and the construction team were professional and very accommodating throughout entire process. They also covered the cost to refill and recondition the water. It wasn’t an ideal situation, but life is rarely favorably predictable. I have nothing but appreciation for Lauren and the crew. I would do business with Adams Pools again -

Adam's Pools made our dream come true. Their pebble finish makes our pool so beautiful. The turquoise color of the water is jaw dropping. The crew that came out were prompt, friendly and very professional. I recommend them to anyone looking for a pebble finish that offers the same quality if not better then pebble tec. Our pool looks amazing! Thank you Adams Pool! 🙂

Taking to long to finish a basic project. In condo community with approximate 256 households this company thinks it's appropriate for them to show up once every two week during a summer project, which keeps the pool closed until they are finished.
Something that could have been done in 2 weeks is taking this company 8 weeks, maybe longer.
Westwood village, finish what you started sooner than later.

I wonder if the good reviews are family members, the text is written like a hallmark card! I live next door to someone who is using Adams and they are not professional.
I called them to notify them of some things they are doing wrong and they never called back despite leaving several messages.
They have left the court we live in a mess and a swath of destruction marks where they worked on my neighbor's yard. They show up and start working with industrial saws before 6:30am! And of course, their timeline is forever with no customer service.

Pool inspection/bid to refinish was 5 days before Christmas, I was told 2 days to get an estimate and that never came, then the service person was on vacation the following week as well with no one filling in. so 11 days after inspection I still have no estimate. Very disappointing service.
