Christopher as well as Riley and team installed a Generac generator at our place. They were extremely professional and took care of everything, including putting back the stuff they had taken apart. We had Christopher from Adams Electric come out and look at our generator and he was going to reach back out to help us finish up the service. We have been trying for over a month to get him to reach back out. He will not even just tell us if they can not help us and direct us where to go. I called the home office and we got redirected to the Christopher office and guess what 2 weeks later he is still not responding to us. We have a generator we need serviced and I am sure he is either not responding because he can't fix it or doesn't want to. Beware who you call for service.
