Due to Hurricane Milton’s savage wind destruction in the Tampa Bay area, we worked with Action Construction to get a 20’ tree off our roof. I cannot recommend them highly enough! When they arrived, their team was quick, organized, and incredibly tidy during the tree removal process and subsequent debris cleanup.

Kelly, in particular, stood out for her unwavering focus on customer resolution. She handled my scheduling frustrations with great empathy and made sure to follow up with me throughout the process, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed. Her communication was outstanding, and it truly made a difference in my experience.

Waylan's dedication and determination to meet deadlines were also noteworthy. He made us feel like a top priority, which is a rare quality in service providers. His commitment to getting the job done for us did not go unnoticed.

Additionally, Rolly and his team's professionalism and expertise were evident at every step during the removal. They approached their work with skill and precision, leaving our property neat and clean.

Despite some initial—and understandable— delays, my overall experience with Action Construction was excellent (we had back-to-back hurricanes and so much of our Tampa Bay community is hurting at this time). Their team's commitment to customer service and quality workmanship is commendable. I wholeheartedly give them five stars!

I needed to find a company to do a remodeling of my bathroom. After I spent time trying to decide who I could hire, a friend actually recommended Action Construction. Everything went very smoothly right from the beginning. Waylon was the plumber who gave me an assessment of what needed to be done. Great service from start to finish! We hired Action for our dry out as we had big leak at our shop. It was an emergency call on a Saturday. They were quick to send staff. Set up was efficient, they made sure all the lines were taped down for safety & they checked in regularly to see how drying process was going. Everyone on their staff was courteous & professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They also facilitated paperwork to landlord & insurance. They keep very detailed reports of everything. Overall we were very happy & would highly recommend.

On a Sunday night, I discovered a roof leak in my primary bedroom, and the ceiling was bubbling from moisture. With heavy rain expected throughout the week, I was really worried. I contacted Action Construction Inc., and spoke to Waylon. He came out with his crew that very night! They quickly tarped the roof, and by the next morning, Waylon sent me a quote for the repair. The following day, they returned to complete the job. As anyone who’s dealt with a roof leak knows, it’s tough to find someone who will respond immediately. Not only did Action Construction show up promptly, but they also fixed the leak within two days—truly exceptional service! If you need work done, call Action—they won’t let you down. I had a leak in my bathroom. I worked with Bettina Soto from Action Construction and cant thank her enough for her excellent service and attention to detail. When my ceiling was dry she carefully removed the equipment and cleaned the area. I was not expecting that kind of service and extremely grateful for all her help during my stressful water emergency. I contacted Action Construction after a tree trunk fell on my roof damaging the exterior border of my roof. Maurice from Action Construction came out to assess the damage and took a few pictures. It wasn't long after that they sent the team over to fix the roof. They did an excellent job, even went above and beyond and replaced the damaged beams, matched the carpentry work exactly, painted the underside of my roof, and laid new shingle on the top side. I came back from a weekend away to a brand new roof.

Thank you Waylon Stumpe for being amazing. You and your team came to my home just before the rain storm started and placed tarp and sandbags on the roof. When you realized more sand bags were needed you drove in the rain storm to get more. Additionally, I thank you for demonstrating excellent communication. When you realized that you were going to be late for the appointment you called me in advance to forewarn me. You communicated when you were on your way, when you left the house to get more sand bags, and when you were departing the home. I appreciate your attention to detail, excellent communication, and professionalism.

Thank you Bettina! You came the very next day with the fans and humidifier to dry out the excess water from the walls. You were respectful and accommodating. We communicated frequently throughout the process and I appreciate you always keeping me informed. Today, you came to take the equipment out and when I went into my bathroom it was extremely clean. There were no remnants of tape or debris. Throughout the process you were always on time and made sure I was aware that you were on your way.
