Very glad I found Tony as my CASp inspector. The depth of his knowledge is unbelievable. Tony was very patient and articulate about the ADA regulation and offered insights and tips for business owners. His legal background also helped tremendously in my case, which is very valuable and something you don't get from other inspectors. I highly recommend ACR design and build.

After hiring several general contractors to rectify our parking lot in our centers, they did not have any experience in ADA compliance. When we received a lawsuit that our parking lot in not ADA compliance, we decide to look for a company specialize in ADA Compliance. We chose ACR Design & Build | ADA Design & Construction over several other contractors based on their experience and reputation in working with other business.
Tony always kept us informed how the project progress. Their high-quality work and their excellent service gave us the results we expected. We truly appreciate their commitment on our projects.
We highly recommend ACR Design & Build | ADA Design & Construction. They have a deep commitment to serve their customers. They met and exceeded our expectations for our project.

ACR Design and Build have been a pleasure to work with. The scope of our project was large and required special permits and frequent inspections. Not only was the quality of the work exceptional, but the professionalism and efficiency of the whole crew were outstanding. The job was completed within the stated timeline and the work product was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Tony and his crew again, nor would we have any reservations about recommending their services to others.

Prior to working with ACR I had read the reviews and found one negative review. My experience with ACR was far from what was claimed in this review. ACR offered the best process in bringing properties into compliance with documentation which has kept us out of multiple lawsuits. Their process with city permits and documentation was a far better approach and very economical. Our experience with ACR has been of the highest quality and we thank them.

I have been in the construction industry since 1983 and have a difficult time finding contractors that satisfy my needs. I do not think my expectations are unrealistic, but expect that the contractor I hire is an expert in their field and they are able to execute their craft professionally and on time. Tony (ACR) impressed me as an expert in his field from our first conversation and has continued to impress at every interaction since.
Tony put together a well-written proposal with a detailed scope of work, the pricing was fair and the scope of work was exactly what we needed to move forward immediately. Tony suggested that we solidify our compliance within a set of drawings that went through the city submittal process. ACR put together a set of blueprints that included not only the actual concrete construction but very well detailed our ADA scope of work including signage. The blueprints were completed by ACR who also facilitated the city submittal process.
With ACR on board the entire process was effortless from the start, which was unusual for me. I am accustomed to leading the contractors I hire and having a more involved position. Now with the drawings approved by the city ACR created a detailed schedule for their scope of work. The schedule came with a phasing that helped our tenants continue operating for the duration of the construction.
The work was scheduled to be installed in three phases that occurred in weeklong durations making this a three-week schedule for a substantial amount of work. A little rain involvement slowed us a bit but ACR was able to maintain their durations for each weeklong phase. The work was installed precisely as detailed within their schedule with daily clean up that kept my tenants happy.
My experience with ACR Concrete was driven by our need to defend an ADA lawsuit served on us by a serial ADA claims plaintiff. This was my first time being involved in a lawsuit of any kind and the claims were extensive and not at all accurate. I had hired a CASp (ADA) inspector before meeting Tony who turned out to not to be concerned with our best interest and we parted ways. Brining Tony and ACR aboard helped move us forward in a better, more well informed direction. Tony is a true expert in the field of ADA compliance and without his help, I would have been lost. The physical work done by ACR was beautiful with zero punch list activities and when ACR exited the property, they did so without leaving any debris or mess behind them.
I would recommend ACR for any work that their contractor’s license supports including not just concrete but ADA compliance and CASp reporting.

The owner had so much knowledge regarding ADA compliance and how to design. ADA compliance is not an easy task. I feel like I just took a law course from him in order to understand how to keep a property out of multiple ADA Lawsuits. Thank you Tony for taking the extra time to educate me!

DO NOT get a CASP inspection from them!
I hired this company to conduct a CASP inspection on my property, and I received a report with multiple false findings.
They included the city public sidewalk on my report and considering it a “finding”
The city side walk in San Bernardino county is pretty old and might not be compliant, but that is NOT my responsibility. My responsibility is MY property.

The day day after the inspection, I get a call from Tony. He was by my property watching the contractors work. He spoke to me very rudely and harassed me about not starting on the corrections yet.

After the weekend, I gave the city a call to confirm that the sidewalk is public, and isn’t my responsibility, and they confirmed it.

So I gave Tony a call back to clarify that the sidewalk isn’t there to access my property, only to be greeted very rudely and called silly and being told that I don’t know what I am talking about.

In conclusion, it seems like they ran out of ideas to attract customers for their construction side in the company, so they will go out, provide you with false findings, and then ask you to hire a company like them to do the repairs.

Stay away my friends.

Update: Tony emailed me “ I noticed you have placed a complete lie publicly and if not immediately removed you will be sued. You are seriously misinformed. Proceed at your own peril.”
