Mike is so polite and so knowledgeable, it is a pleasure to have him come and do work for me. Acme is definitely my go to plumbing company. I have a lot of faith and trust in this company. Angie greeted me at the door when I came to Acme in Weirton, WV. I explained to her that my mother's laundry basin was draining very slowly. She took the time to explain their diagnosing and repair processes in detail and it was easy to understand. Acme was up front with their pricing every step of the way. I never felt like I was being misled. Ray and Mike took the bull by the horns. They trouble-shot the problem and found a collapsed section of sewer pipe. It required digging up part of the driveway to replace a section of the collapsed pipe. They worked relentlessly in hot temperatures. I can't thank them enough for their honesty and professional work methods and ethics. At no point did I ever feel like they did any unnecessary work. Koodos to the Acme team! I recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing problem. I have never felt more at ease with a team of professionals. They're the best!

Andrew & Aaron asked plenty of questions and seemed very knowledgeable from the start. They got a tough blockage and I learned a few things about my sewage system too. A bit pricier than your neighborhood handyman but that pipe is clear for take off! The convenience a quick resolution is worth it. I feel good about it! They were both polite and cleaned the mess up pretty good afterwards. Recommended 👍🏼

Came home to a basement full of water on a Friday afternoon. Hot water tank had a hole in the bottom. They installed a brand new one after 5 pm and was done in less than a half hour. Very courteous and cordial employees . Couldn’t be happier with them! Great great service and knowledgeable employees! Much thanks for fitting me in!
