Marco did a terrible job with a fence I split and share with a neighbor. Didn’t realize the extent of it until I started a different project near it. At first I just noticed some pickets that were warped. Now I’m seeing posts that are starting to split, they didn’t remove the old concrete footings/anchors that hold the posts which makes this new project difficult and causes the fence to be more mobile than it needs to be, and they used roofing nails instead of screws or standard nails when I was replacing some of the pickets. It could have been my neighbor who cheaped out on the selection of services but this work isn’t great or durable.

Response to 10/30/2024: It was most definitely your company, I looked it up in an old text message thread to confirm and would not have left a review like this unless I was absolutely certain. Like I briefly stated above my neighbor was the one who organized the services with your company so I’m unsure if it was you or them who cut corners. We split the cost and I paid a portion of the fence we share directly to him so I would not show up in your records. Despite your inspection processes the issues explained above still exist. I’ve attached a photo of one of the examples of the warped pickets I managed to snap. I’ve since completed my project and didn’t take pictures of the old concrete footings you failed to remove, the random roofing nails off some of the old pickets I had replaced, or the cracks in the non-pressure treated posts but I assure you the problems are there and could take more photos if you would like. I’ve worked construction in the past myself which is why I’m disappointed in the quality of this work and have doubts about its longevity.

Ace Masters Construction (AMC) completed my concrete patio last week. I have to say that my wife and I are very satisfied. Entire process from the original estimate to the end review with Marco ( Business Owner) was pleasant and highly professional. He explained to us every detail, answered multiple questions, clearly and with great patience. Fernando was the guys who actually did the works with few assistants. He deserves very high marks as a professional as well as his staff. Marco and Fernando made several recommendations to us how to improve the outcome, and we are glad that they did.
Another important thing: their prices were reasonable.
Overall, we are very glad that we hired this company and can recommend them to anybody.

HUGE shoutout to Ace Masters Construction LLC!! We hired them to demo our current front porch and build a new one. Demo took a few hours and to our surprise the concrete truck showed up the same day and finished the work. We thought this process would take several days and having it all done in 1 day was such a pleasant surprise. Marco was our point of contact for the job and he was extremely professional and friendly. His staff was awesome. His price was extremely competitive. I can't recommend Ace Masters and Marco enough. 100% SATISFIED!

I wrote this review after my house deck was done in Dec 2020, and I stained it. When this company finished the deck, it looked good and the county signed off on it. The deck was done using wood and composite. 2 years after the deck was built, the deck started to deteriorate and look twisted. The wood started to split and move apart. Couple of contractors even noticed the deck is twisted and does look safe. I contacted Ace Masters to report the findings, but they hid behind the 1 year warranty and claimed that what happened was due to lack of maintenance. If a deck was built right, it wouldn't twist and look unsafe in less than 2 years. The old deck was there since 1986 and was made from wood only, and it kept its structure, but the wood life expired and needed to be rebuilt. I did everything with the contractor so they take their part of the responsibility, but it was clear they did not want to do anything with it since the county signed off on it. I called the county to report the situation and they told me they signed off because it looked good, but they can't inspect everything in an hour and made sure it was built right. I had to report this because the deck is still twisting and moving, and the wood is gradually separating. A contractor looked at it and said the deck was not built as it should, and that it is dangerous and will need to be repaired and may be rebuilt. It is obvious that Ace did a very bad job. I gave them 2 stars because they were reasonable in pricing and delivery time; however, an unsafe deck is worthless at this point. Despite that the contractors were respectful, I do not recommend them for product safety and poor quality.

We've used Ace Masters Construction for numerous projects. Everything from a deck build, bathroom remodel, new roof, and even a full remodel of our basement. The owner, Marco, always goes above and beyond and ensures we are satisfied with the results.

Even if we notice any issues during the project or afterwards, Marco follows up and gets it fixed for us.

There's a reason why I've used Ace Masters Construction for all my projects. I'm always satisfied and I will continue to call Marco for future projects.

We recently had a new fence installed in our backyard by Ace Masters. Very impressed with the quality of the work. Workers were on time. polite and courteous. Marcos was great at keeping me informed of when the project would start, how long he anticipated it would take to complete, and just in general keeping me informed of the status. Cost was very reasonable. Very pleased with the work that was done. Would highly recommend.

Marco is a Christian man with his remodel business. You will get from him integrity, honesty, professional work, and reliable. I definitely recommend. Spent over 30k on my remodel and it's not easy finding someone to do the job without worrying. He gets the job done right with no worries.

I just finished a bathroom remodel with Ace Masters Construction. Because I was happy with their work I also had them do my kitchen backsplash. They had fair pricing and were respectful of my home.

I've done some remodels before and my biggest pet peeves with contractors are when they aren't responsive and communicate poorly, and when you see them for the estimate but then rarely see them again. The GC Marco was always responsive to me when I had questions (and I always had a TON of questions - he was also very patient explaining everything to my satisfaction) and he was on site a lot. And he wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty and help out as needed.

In terms of payment, he didn't ask for everything up front (as they shouldn't!) and any time a payment was made along the way, he sat down with me, pulled out the initial estimate, noted every payment I made and why and showed the balance that remained including any adjustments that had to be made. He was very transparent about any financial transactions which I really appreciated.

If you're considering a remodel, make sure to get plenty of bids and I'd recommend you them a call for one of them.
