We had horrible experience. The gutters were installed so poorly. The first time it rained we had water flowing out at every seam. One downspout wasn't installed at the proper angle so the water ran backwards - - very much a rookie error. The quality of the gutters was not good. We overpaid for bad service, cheep material and poor installation. Nails (4/24 Update - Screws) were left everywhere and we popped two tires on our four-wheeler because messes were not cleaned up. Disappointing...

It has now been nearly two weeks since our gutter install and sealing of the connection points. It is now raining and we still have leaking at every corner/connection. We will personally have to fix these gutters ourselves so they do not leak causing us more money and time. We have always been big supporters of supporting locally and family owned businesses, which makes this such a bummer. We were excited to work with you from the very beginning...we were impressed with your nice website and very professional first visit...but we have been very disappointed in the service. We asked for leaf guards and a full gutter install. The leaf guards were forgotten (we had to call to have you come back and install them) and you tried to tell us that we "miscommunicated" needing a FULL NEW gutter install - - instead you attempted to just replace out downspouts and use our existing gutters, which was very clearly communicated otherwise.

Went around property and looked for stability and problems in the system and gutters, A keen eye abserved quality management,steel roofs warranted for 25 years a great investment if damaged will come repair under warranty.
