A bit disappointed. I am doing an overlay for my parents and needed a few things. I sent my father in this morning to grab 2 rolls of filament tape and some stain. He was charged $128.00 (($64.00/ea) for 2 rolls of tape. Obviously that was a mistake on their end which happens. It’s part of life. Not like I’ve never made a mistake in my life. That’s not why I’m disappointed though. I’m disappointed because I drove 25 min to get there so I could get the money they owe me for the overcharge. I pulled up at 4:30 and they were closed. They closed a half hour early. What upsets me the most is the amount of time I’m having to spend to get my money back and because they decided to close early I’ll have to spend another hour (round trip) going back there. Businesses shouldn’t be closing earlier than they are supposed too, and this is a prime example as to why.

The orders are ready on the deck for you. You don't have to wait. Best Kemiko brand prices in LA. Yvette always has the invoices ready. I don't have time to waste, so they make it easy on me. I do wish they'd do classes on Westcoat's other products. But that would be Westcoat's initiative. Free Coke or water n chips if you're a customer. They have tons of brochures for your marketing. Not open sat, sun. And they close at 5, but sometimes they put my orders on the porch, or, I can get the materials in their Fullerton store.
