I recently had the pleasure of working with Amanda at A1 Security Cameras to install a new security system for me. Amanda was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help direct me to Matt.

Matt came out to meet me and did a fantastic job designing the security system. He was very professional and efficient, and he made sure that all the details were perfect before he left.

I was so impressed with the service I received from A1 Security Cameras that I decided to write this review. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new security system/camera.

In addition to the great service I received from Amanda and Matt, I was also very impressed with the owner Mehmet. He personally reached out to me to ensure that I was satisfied with my new security system. This level of customer service is rare these days, and I really appreciate it.

Troy the installer did a great job with the installation and set-up including the new app, The invoice came 14 days later and already shown as "PAST DUE". Really? 4 days later they sent a notice that $100 late charges would start in 3 more days - I paid the invoice (as it was already planned for payment today). Their installation, equipment, etc. was first rate, but their customer rlations were rude and insulting

Amanda Garza did a great job communicating with us on scheduling, rescheduling and even contacted me on a Sunday when an earlier appointment became available.
The installers did a fantastic job! Troy has been at my office during all of my installations and upgrades and has never failed to exceed my expectations. My apologies to the new guy with Troy, I totally forgot his name, but he did a great job as well.
