I'll be using your air conditioning service forever! I was so appreciative that my request was answered promptly and the repair cost was within my budget. The technician who visited me lives near me so that was handy! He was smart, fast, and efficient. All the parts of my AC that was not blowing air were checked and fixed in less than an two hours. Great customer service and very professional. I’ve used them recently for a rental I own to fix my ac that wasn’t cooling. With people moving in and out, I needed to get it fixed asap. Right from the start, you could tell it was going to be a different experience from other HVAC companies. They spent an hour measuring, checking old equipment, and then explaining everything in an understandable way. The installation crew was fantastic everywhere that they were walking are cleaned up after done. All in all, a great experience!
