Wayne just finished building our new home. What a wonderful experience-we have all heard the nightmares about building a house or adding on, but Wayne was always available and ahead of schedule!!!! We were truly amazed at how well he worked with the plumber ,electrician, framers, roofers, stucco company, concrete company(Rock Solid-they were great) and so many more! He has gone above and beyond what we ever expected!

Never use this contractor!
He talks a great game at the outset, but as you get into the project the reality sets in. He cannot read plans....he has only one way of doing things....his way and if you want to suggest an alternative, he is difficult. He had fundamental problems reading basic plans and drawings, which caused us delays. He struggled to deal with inspectors. His subs were useless, and when we told him that work was not to an acceptable standard, we had to find our own subs to do the work his had screwed up.
One year into our completed house and we have had to redo extensive work because of his incompetence. Steer far away from this contractor. Use him at your own peril!
