Installed Gutter covers, reconfigured gutters for better drainage.

The service was top notch from the moment I reached out with a request to talk to someone, to their genuine care about the entire job and our complete satisfaction after the job. I will always call them first for any major job I have with my home. I know I can trust them to answer my phone calls or emails immediately, communicate the status of the project continually, and clean up after the job as if they had never been there! They were the most friendly and courteous company I have dealt with in decades! How refreshing THAT was! And how reassuring it is to know that I have someone I can trust to call on when I have a problem with my home. They will not try to sell you things you don't need, they take the time to listen, and don't push you into other jobs. I actually tried to add another job in the middle of the contract, and the project manager advised me to, "let's wait on that until we finish this job and see what happens. We may not need to do that, if what we do here works like I think it will". Sure enough, his plan to reconfigure part of our gutter (30.00 additonal cost) solved the problem, and nothing more needed to be done. (My suggested job would have been around 500.00 more). That saved me a bunch of money! AND earned them my trust! This company is a true gem, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality crew to work on their home.

I highly recommend A Modern Touch for your home repair or remodel needs. They have done several projects for us including a new roof, gutters, soffit and facia. They recommended colors which update the look of our home. They also worked with our insurance company on our behalf which was very helpful! They are the first person we turn to for any projects we need done.

Roofing repair is not on the list, but the service was great. They worked with insurance directly, explained things thoroughly. Working with this company has been a blessing. Installed gutters and guards. Helped me determine the best ones, were quick, professional, and did an amazing job! Even followed up after some time to see how they were working out.
Also sent somebody out the next day when I called after a drain spout had been damaged. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Lightning blew a hole in our roof. Busted a rafter. They fixed it and looks like it never happened. Saved $1000.00 over other estimates. They also extended a privacy fence and built a new wider gate. Excellent work and very timely!!
