The level of customer service we received with A&M was astounding. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint! We are very happy with our wood flooring and carpet choices. Glad we went with the best carpet padding, it makes our bedrooms feel luxurious. When we had an issue arrive, it was dealt with promptly and professionally with the kind of customer service you rarely experience in this day and age. Thanks A&M, we will definitely see you again!

TL, DR: Incorrectly installed floor, supposed to redo entire floor due to their error, severe lack of communication, gave an install date and no showed. I had to follow up multiple times and was told the given install date was wrong, zero accountability and no communication as to how to fix without me asking first multiple times. Currently, floor still broken and several hours of personal time used due to multiple meetings, follow ups, store visits, calls, etc. A&M Rep: JP Agagon
I had A&M Flooring install a vinyl flooring years ago. it started to break. After calling, having three different employees come to my house to verify, they determined it was installed incorrectly and agreed to replace it. I was impressed but the first red flag should have been that I had to have three different employees come to my house. I worry that others who purchase through them may need to push when they try to blame the error on the customer.
I was given a 15 day timeline to select a new floor. After picking a floor, I was waiting for JP to confirm. After several days, I heard no communication. I had to follow up multiple times. After several follow ups, it wasn’t in stock, so I had to rush to pick another. Due to this, I would ask if there was an extension to the timeline. I was simply told I was okay timeline wise. After rushing, I went with the first installed floor. After a couple of days I was notified it wasn’t available. As I was now at the last day or so of the timeline, I asked about the timeline – I was told I did not have to worry about the 15 day timeline due to my responsiveness. I give them credit for that because it was a lot of pressure to try to get something selected within that time frame while waiting for responses. All of this is to say that while I made the 15 day timeline, after knowing what I know now, it feels like it was a possibility that the company/rep was stalling to see if I failed the window and they wouldn’t have to replace the floor. At first I didn’t feel this way. It’s speculation, but my advice to anyone getting a replacement is to follow up frequently.
After the selection, a single update was given around 10 days, I gave my available days of the week. Another 10 days pass, I receive a text saying two days are available. I respond with my only day and ask if it will be a one day install. I received no response. I followed up the next day as I never heard any confirmation. I received a text saying that the 20th was scheduled/confirmed, but no time frame or answers to my other questions. I move the furniture in the approx 500 sq ft the night before to make the install smooth. The 20th comes and radio silence. At 10AM I send a text to see when the install team will arrive. I get a response saying that he will check with the installer/claims department. After two more hours of silence, I follow up again. Now I’m told that no one will install it today and he is asking for later in the week on a day that I said was not available. I said no and explained that later in the week would be difficult as I have already moved half of the house on top of the other half, which means that it will be difficult to function in the house. I received an apology “for the inconvenience”.
Unfortunately, this apology for “the inconvenience” is not any sort of admission of accountability, nor has it given a new install date. I had to follow up again 3.5 hours later since I am still receiving radio silence. I received a response saying it’s being worked on and I will hear by the end of the day. I have not heard from JP, nor do I have a new install date. As it stands now, my floor is still broken and I have a house full of furniture stacked on each other. I currently have no actual install date scheduled.
Overall, this experience has soured me for this company. Not only did they do a no-call, no-show, I had to chase them down for answers to fix something they didn’t install correctly. New customer - reconsider giving them your business. I am telling everyone I recommended them to to not go through them as I certainly won't be.

We love our new carpet from A&M!! Nicole was wonderful to work with. She helped us pick our carpeting samples and was so helpful thru out the entire process. The carpet installers were the best! I would recommend Nicole at A&M for any of your flooring needs. Our carpet is so much more than we could have ever imagined. Thank you Nicole and A&M. We couldn't be happier!

I have used A&M Flooring for multiple jobs and I have always found the teams to be professional. I always work with JD and he is very helpful. The last job required installing flooring after a plumbing leak and he was able to find a flooring product similar to what was there and to complete the job in a timely manner. He also arranged for the tub to be removed for the flooring install. I strongly recommend them.

I loved the floor we chose !cortec ash
Absolutely beautiful! We got new baseboards to seal the deal just stunning floor. But I am only giving 3 stars because since I am one to search high and low for reviews and best quality and price. Their quote was not accurate and ended up spending 30k on a 2000 square foot home. If I knew it was this much I would have done a little more searching. But only until they had ripped my floor out they let me know they couldn't continue without the additinal payment since my floor was too wavy. I just wish they would have told me of this possibility so I was prepared. Instead felt a little scammy. I will ask the right questions next time. And our salesman never called us to check in after installation. It's a pretty penny to spend so a follow up would have been nice afterwards to make sure we were satisfied.
