One week after closing on a property we got a call saying our pontoon lift was upside down a few houses away. A & D Docks made it out to our property that day and retrieved it with NO Damage! They were great and we will use them again. Thank you!

Nice enough people to start off but they do a terrible job in following up with you. Started the process of getting some repairs done to my dock. After 2 weeks, Josh finally came out to look at it to give a couple of estimates. He promised to have the service department follow up with me after. It has been another 2 weeks now and he will not contact me back. Most of the time when you call you get a voice recording. When someone does answer, the person you want to talk with is on the phone. I've emailed Josh twice and left him a voicemail and he will not contact me back. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

3 on site visits, 2 phone calls.. 10 days later and still no communication on my order. I cancelled and went somewhere else. They would be better off to say they are too busy or not interested, than to ignore customers.

Service is horrible. Don't answer the phone, don't return calls, don't show up when they say they will. Apparently most of the staff quit last year and it shows. I will hire someone else next year for my dock service.

Wow! Great guys working here. They helped me every step of the way ordering my 1st ever dock. It is now installed in my lake and I just LOVE it! I loved this transaction and will go back to A&D docks for all my dock needs! (And the guys working there are the best😊)

This was our first summer hiring this company to install our dock on Lake Holcombe. Our dock was not installed until two weeks after Memorial Day. They installed the track system incorrectly, the dock was placed crooked, leaving it impossible to get our boat out of the boat house. They didn’t secure our boat lift to anything. When we got to our cabin three days later the lift had shifted into deeper water. They also did not hook up the power to our dock system. We purposely hired them to take the dock out last year to know how our system worked. When I called to tell them what had happened on Friday before noon their reply was “we hope to get out there and look at it next week”. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend if you want to enjoy your boat and dock during the summer.

Can't comment on their work but called twice to see if they would look at a job for me. On first call was told by office person they would get get back to me-they didn't. I called back after four days and was told, curtly, it would be at least a week and a half before someone was available. Told them to keep me on their list but that I would check around to see if someone else could do it. Never heard from them and did find someone who did a fantastic job!
