Our AC stopped blowing cold air yesterday. In this weather, having a child and 2 dogs, we needed it fixed ASAP. Kenneth was here this morning by 10 am and was done within the hour. The AC is blowing nice and cold and we are very happy! The service was great. Kenneth was both professional and helpful in explaining the process. Highly recommend! We are one happy family tonight! Tornadoes 5/26 did alot of damages including my dual HVAC unit. I was able to get Nutty by Nature Heating and Air to schedule diagnostic visit faster then all other companys were saying months to even have diagnostic. My insurers approved the replacement the day the funds were deposited
Nutty by Nature had my replacement unit found and installed the same day they came to save the day! They had old unit out new unit in before dark. Nutty buy Nature HVAC gets 5 stars which i rarely do. Communication, proper information for claim handler, same day service for diagnostics and install once the claim handlers released funs.
I cant think of a more honest, caring, efficient company in all of NWA advertisements.

Title: "From Arkansas to Antarctica: Nutty by Nature AC Magic

When Kenny from Nutty by Nature AC Repair rolled up all the way from Arkansas to Monett, I didn’t know whether to hand him a wrench or a compass! But boy, was I glad he found his way to my door.

My outdoor unit was hotter than a jalapeño in July, but Harold looked it over like a squirrel eyeing a nut. With a twirl of his wrench and a flick of his screwdriver, he had it humming like a well-oiled... squirrel? I’m not great with similes, but Kenny sure is great with AC units!

Fast forward an hour, and my house had turned into the tundra. I went from sweating bullets to needing a fleece blanket and hot cocoa. My dog was looking at me like, “What happened to our tropical paradise?” while I contemplated igniting the fireplace... IN JULY!

Kenny, you wizard, you’ve done the impossible - my air is now so cold, I half-expect polar bears to start showing up looking for food. If you’re in the same pickle, call Nutty by Nature AC, and prepare to bundle up. You’ll be glad you did... just remember to stock up on jackets.

P.S. Next time, Kenny, I’ll have a thermos of hot coffee waiting for you – it’s the least I can do for Arctic delivery service!

I called at 7am on a sub-zero Sunday morning, after our furnace had not been working for a couple of days, progressively getting worse. His listing said 24-hour service. He arrived before noon, and had the problem diagnosed, and fixed within 30 minutes, with parts in his service vehicle. Very shortly, our house was comfortably warm. His phone rang while working on my unit. The caller apparently complained that his service charge was higher on the weekend. Come on....

I am pleased with his prompt, competent service, at a reasonable cost.

I recommend Nutty by Nature to everyone that would like professional work, same day service and good pricing. My AC was not working during some very hot days. Nutty by Nature was the second professional i called. The first company was quite expensive. I decided to try another company and i am very happy i did. The repair was accomplished on the same day. Excellent! Saved me thousands over the big companies. Excellent communication. We never even met. Took care of everything over the phone for my lake house. Don’t call anyone else! I already did the work for you. Plus a 10 year warranty. Cools so much better than my old unit. Can’t say enough good things. You won’t be sorry!
