Received a letter stating they will be doing curbs and they started weeks ago and have done one of the sloppiest jobs I have ever seen. Sprinkler line hose out, cable wires dangling and dog invisible fence line cut. They have not completed and left a mess for weeks with wires and hoses out of the ground. Called three times for the contact Ivan Delgadillo and zero response or call back. IF I WAS A TOWN or MUNICIPALITY STAY AWAY FROM EARL CIVIL CONSTRUCTION UNLESS YOU GET PERSONAL GUARANTEES that are ENFORCEABLE!

Don’t trust this company. They used my friends property for staging, made a promise to restore the property which they never did and left it a disaster. Do not trust them, get a contract because they will screw you over.

Workers disrespecting the neighborhood and the people who live here that need to come and go. One of their employees on surveillance video (there's more too) threatened to "knock my teeth out" so I had nothing more to say to his foreman after said employee had a temper tantrum in the middle of the street. I didn't even ask to speak to a foreman, the guy was freaking out so much that one of the other employees called him!

This was beyond aggressive and I don't understand why they're working for the township. I don't care what happened, why do you think it's OK to abuse and threaten residents? This is my home, where I live, I can't even imagine how you can call yourself professionals. I'm still not sure what to do about this but something has to be done.
