I have used Austin many many times in the past with great success whoever for the past few times we’ve used him it’s not been that great of experience. We used him a a problem at one of our locations and I was charged $300.00 for the work and when future inspection the issue wasn’t resolved. Austin fixed the neighbors issue and we was charged for the service. After having him come back out the second time same issues it was resolved a breaker was tripped on the outside next to the one he worked on supposedly for us but it was the wrong panel that belongs to the next door neighbor that we paid $300.00 for. Austin then sent another invoice Which i didn’t pay because he on his part did repairs supposedly on the incorrect electrical panel. So still having faith in Austin I’ve been calling for over 3 weeks now with no return calls or message replies fir work the City Inspector meet with him and went over with Austin personally that had to be completed before we could reopen our business. Austin’s communication and poor handling of so called valued customers has cost him a longtime customer that recommended White Lighting on numerous jobs that he’s gotten and completed. So after this experience I went to investigating the past work Austin has somewhat completed fir us and after future review I’m very very disturbed at the findings. Austin wired our new home to tge Carroll County Electric Co. feed and also rant the main wire to my shop in Eureka Springs West. Austin ran the wire to the shop and it wasn’t long enough obviously over $5,000.00 in total. After our shop was completed all he needed to do was simply wire the feed into the new panel that was installed by the company who built it. Austin returned to do just that and wow I was handed a $2209.00 invoice that was paid and didn’t question him whatsoever. Austin charged us to lower the electrical panel due to him pulling not enough wire in the rough in instead of doing what’s right and that is repulling the circuit to match the factory installed panel. Also what really brought this to our until was over 37,000.00 if high end fine art got destroyed from a leak we thought was from the shop manufacture. The company sent out a representative very professional I might add very professional he caught the issue. The damage that accrued was from a 1 1/2 hole Austin drilled to lower the panel that should have never been lowered because now it’s not high enough to meet code specifications. So now we’re have to get iur insurance company involved and pay to have the electric panel put back in the space it was to begin with to meet codes and the shop manufacture to replace the damaged panel and subfloor due to the actions taken by Austin. After this I went and meet a neighbor who I recommend him to Austin and he said almost the same exact issues happened to them but with residential issues and it was the worst experience they have ever had building 2 different houses over time. I regret recommending White Lighting and I’m embarrassed for referring him to my neighbor. Use with caution and reach out if anyone needs help with any reliable electrical needs.

Thanks but no thanks Austin and I hope whatever you’re going through passes very soon sir because it’s obvious it’s causing negative results in your company.

Austin not only the fact is your lying so whatever makes you feel better I’m good with that. We ove you not one dime and you know that’s the truth. You will be hearing from our insurance company this week if they can get through to you which is almost impossible. I could post your excuse for the lack of you not communicating but it’s really embarrassing and the public will know what I’m saying in the near future what that is. So again tell the public you didn’t do what I’m stating about everything that’s in this review and when yo do so I will 100% post proof to back up what I’m stating in this review.

I'm writing this review not based on the company’s work ethics but credit card theft. Someone associated with this address attempted to steal my bank account information. I was notified through Amazon and my bank that an unauthorized purchase was made to be shipped to this address. The image isn't no longer showing this exact address because I canceled the transaction and after I wasn't able to take the exact screenshot with this address posted because amazon deleted off my recent purchases when I cancelled the order. I only have the email that was sent to me. The email don't have this exact address like amazon purchase history had at first but this is some sort of proof. I dont live in Arkansas but its amazing the length people will take to steal from someone.I was able to reverse the charges but people please be careful with your credit cards and make sure you have a lock on your card. This was a huge learning lesson for me how easily people will try to steal your credit card information.
