If I could choose 3 words to describe this company, they would be professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. If I had three words to describe Joe, who orchestrated the team, they would be thoughtful, genuine, and considerate. There were 3 different teams I worked with to get my kitchen floor installed and they were all equally knowledgeable, professional, and just great people. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me. Joe heard me out and considered the tough position I was in and made sure that this problem would not tip me over the edge

I had a pipe burst during the freeze in January. They came recommended by my insurance company. At first they were great. Terrence was the contractor and was responsive to begin with. After he thought the work was complete I never saw him again. That was Easter weekend and the only reason he came then was to pick up the first check. After that I only heard from him to receive the last check or my deductible. My roof is partially caving in from all the water damage, I had to buy a battery operated smoke alarm to cover the hole and wires from the original one, I have mismatched switch plates and I have some not even covered. Do they care enough? Nope all they want is to get the money. They threatened me with an attorney and legal fees if they didn't get my deductible. He knows the house is not complete but doesn't care. I asked for an owner to call me. Have I heard from one? Nope. I would never recommend this company.

This company came to our rescue! After my husband, Tommy, and I found out we had mold in our house and had to move out. We thought, what are we going to do now. Well, Scott and his team of professionals truly came to our rescue. Everyone that came out to our house to put it back together was wonderful. Tommy and I are so pleased with everything the construction crew, painters, tile man, electricians, our lumber man, appliance store and their delivery people, and cleaning crew. I don't want to leave anyone out. They all were very professional, courteous and took pride in their jobs. Scott had it all under control for us. He would call and let us know the plan for the day or the week and who would be coming out what they would be doing. At the end of about 4 months we had our home back! Better than ever. It turned out absolutely gorgeous. We just can't say enough praise for Scott and his crew. They're awesome! We highly recommend this company. We give it 5 stars. If we could, we'd give it a 10. Thanks to all connected with this reconstruction.

Easley provided a great experience in what could have been an extremely stressful situation. I had a water leak in an upstairs bathroom that damaged a large area of my downstairs kitchen. After contacting my insurance company, they recommended Easley as one of three companies that they would utilize to do the work. I contacted Easley and within a couple of days Scott came out on a Tuesday to look at the damage and quote the work that needed to be done and give me an estimate to do the work.

Scott arranged for the work to be completed on Saturday and Sunday of the same week. I was extremely impressed with the work that Jonathan performed. The entire area was covered in plastic, including the floors and furniture. Paint was perfectly matched, the work exceeded my expectations, no mess left behind, and the cost to do the work was lower than my insurance deductable so that was a huge bonus.

I rarely write online reviews, but I wanted anyone who is considering repairs to your home know that Easly is a choice you can't go wrong with. Again, thank you Scott and Jonathan!

I want to tell everyone about Clayton Howard, our contractor with Easley Contractors. He was the absolutely best professional we've ever worked with! Our hardwood floors needed replacing due to a sudden and accidental water leak and Clayton guided us through the whole process and explained everything every step of the way! He is personable, responsive to every question, and very reassuring! Easley did a wonderful job and our floors look fantastic! You will not find a better contractor professional than Clayton Howard! I highly recommend him!

We needed a master shower repair due to a leak and decided to go ahead and update the entire Master bathroom which included a complete gut down to the studs. The oversight of this project by Scott and his crews was great. Communication was excellent and issues were addressed promptly and professionally. As with most projects, there were a few unexpected issues that came up, but things were taken care of to our satisfaction and we are extremely pleased with the outcome of this renovation.
