3.5 years ago brought a home from Medalist group snd 6 months in we started having plumbing problems. Back up sewer snd bubbling toilets . They sent the plumber snd they didn’t find any issues. 6 months later it started again. No response so i reached out to other plumbers. Finally drove over to medalist office snd waited for soneone snd Kevin showed up. He brought daves plumbing over within hours. He reported back to Jeromy telling him the issue had to be addressed. No response from them. Jeromy snd Jessica saw my neighbor and told them they were going to fix it issue and wouldnt leave me hanging. That was a year ago . I got an atty snd sfter a year they stop responding. Now im out over 7k. DONT BUY ANY HOMES FROM THEM. Plus i heard they are in a bad financial way.
