I feel very safe living at Willcox Townhomes. My apartment is clean and comfortable.
The maintenance man Chris Frembros/ now manager, is doing a great job. I really appreciate his kindness and admire his integrity. All in all i would choose to live at Willcox Townhomes.

I feel i have the choice spot of the whole complex! I am very happy with my home and the manager is like my son. I pray for this complex, no fires no floods no bugs no drugsno violance no crime. God has truely blessed.

Do not rent from here Chris the manager is a liar and scamming everyone he bumped up the monthly rate quote 2x the amount to us plus took our money for our application

Great community! The manager and maintenance man are by far the best we have seen here!! People that complain or try to damage the managers reputation are the ones that can not follow rules and when she gave them an inch they took miles, so therefore she had to do her job plain and simple. If you follow the simple rules it is a great community and everyone gets along. I would like to thank the manager Candace for all her hard work! Do not sweat the bad ones, you can not please everyone.

we have lived here for 12 years. always pay rent on time, have seen many managers come and go. It is a lovely townhome, big roomy. We cannot find a rent cheaper than we pay here and also have maintenance available. people who complain usually are the ones that cannot follow rules. there has been many managers but that has not affected our place at all. We have made many friends with tenants that have come and gone.
