Chris is very knowledgeable, dependable, quick and does great work. He explained to us our options of using the 1000 gallon septic already on site or adding a new one. It was cheaper to add a new larger 1500 gallon system and use the 1000 gallon for our detached garage instead. He also helped us with running a water line from the lot line to our house. Everything passed inspections the first time. He was also kind enough to give us advice on questions we had about other issues we were having with our house build. Like I said, he is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him for anything he says he can do. He has been one of the few that we have dealt with that has NOT added extra unneeded stress. Thank you Chris!

Chris and his crew did a full septic system replacement on short notice including the addition of a 1500 gallon tank and new fields at our home. He communicated everything upfront, was extremely timely and honest the entire duration of the job. My husband and I couldn't have been more impressed and grateful for their work, and highly recommend their services.

Chris and his team were great to work with. He answered every question I had, and charged a lot less than I expected. He made everything as simple as possible. He was so easy to work with that by the time the job was done, I wanted to invite him and his family for a BBQ or something because it felt like working with an old friend who cared about my project. He worked with me on everything and took so much stress off my shoulders. I would hire him and his team again in a heartbeat.

Chris is FANTASTIC. Responsive and great communications. Came to our home in less than 24 hours after an emergency call. (Failed leech field!)

Completed the worked in half day (new leech field). Would reuse him again and will recommend him to others.

Our large pool was removed in ONE day! They did an amazing job and left us with a smooth, flat yard ready for landscaping. The proficiency was astounding--rarely have I seen people work so quickly and coordinate with one another so effectively. They more than earned 5 stars!

Chris installed a new septic system for us and we couldn't be more satisfied. The work included excavating lines to the house in an area already congested with underground utilities and excavating and installing a new tank and drain field. The price was very reasonable and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to our lives.

I'm vastly unpleased with the business etiquette from Chris at Earth Excavating LLC.

I have been working with him for multiple weeks trying to get an appointment scheduled and he is very unresponsive. He finally reached out today with a day only and no time. Upon asking for clarification on what time I should meet them at the property and ensuring that the test was compliant with the county's health department standards I was met with a very rude response...

"Your more than welcome to fond someone else if you want. It actually is a money loser for us. I don't have time for this"

Upon explaining that I wasn't intending to be rude but for this much money I should be able to ensure the test meets my needs. I was told...

"Your right you should find another contractor. Goodbye."

So I had to ask... out of curiosity, "is this a scam"

The response was

"Yes. We do a million dollar a year scam business. $800 dollars a day Lol"

I would highly recommend skipping this company if you are searching.

I called Chris around 6 a.m. asking to please come bury my horse of 31 years. He was wonderful...even though they're booked up on jobs for two months he took the time to help out a broken hearted woman who'd just lost her horse. Thank you so very much, Chris!
