I used these guys for a big leak underground 4' deep. They were here in an hour. Rufus was the plumber that came out. I can't say enough good about this guy. He was awesome!! Super nice and a fantastic plumber. I would most definitely use them again. Especially if I know I'm getting Rufuss. He is king of plumbing. Note. Don't make the plumber dig. It's not cheap if he does.

Most positive reviews sound something like the following: “Marco came and fixed my toilet now it flushes better than ever!” However, in my case this review isn’t about Marco or my toilet. My wife and I had a very expensive water filtration system in our house that failed. Both the water softener and the Reverse Osmosis system failed almost like these products were designed to fail on queue and at the same time. We didn’t know where to turn because wherever we turned all we saw was the attempt to secure our information instead of showing interest in discussing our issue. We scoured the Internet for solutions and we found a couple of offerings that caught our interest. But we were left with a DIY solution, and no options for local support or service. We found a recommendation that led us to Ben W at Picture Rocks Plumbing.

Ben came to the house and tested the water and indeed our worst fears were realized. We had hard water flowing through the whole house with numbers in the high 500 values, and using a TDS meter there was very little difference between the incoming water source and the RO system. The water hardness in the house was significant. At first, my wife and I, were interested in refreshing the water softener Resin media with a 10% resin base and hoping that would correct our issues. Ben said he could perform that service and cordially provided us with an estimate. However, we really wanted to get out from under the proprietary obligation of a very expensive water RO provider. We asked for an estimate and after discussing it with my wife, we went with the offer to purchase a completely new water softener, with a whole house combo Sediment/Carbon filter, and an new RO system recommended by Ben.

After the install of the new components, we now have soft water flowing in our house again and the hardness number has dropped considerably to a zero hardness number using a water test strip. However, the RO number is the number we were most concerned about. Previously, we were showing RO TDS numbers between 510 ppm and 560 ppm and these were the TDS numbers we were getting from our expensive RO system that had brand new filters installed. This was very concerning to us because we know Kirkland bottled water registers a TDS reading of only 24 ppm. We also know distilled water registers “0” zero TDS ppm. After Ben installed the new RO system, we are registering a TDS reading of 24 ppm.

We are excited to report an “over the top” experience with Ben from Picture Rocks Plumbing. He resolved our concerns and solved our water issues. Thank you Ben, we enjoyed working with you. Well Done!

We thought that our septic tank needed drained. We called Gilbert on Saturday morning around 9:30am. He and another gentleman showed up promptly and had the job finished by 11:30am. Ended up not needing to drain the septic tank and saved us about $250. We will definitely call Picture Rocks Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thank you so much Gilbert, we certainly appreciate what you did for us!

Very prompt service! I had a leaky toilet. Called on Tues. afternoon and they were here late Wed. Gilbert called to say the guys were on their way.
Dan and Chris were both professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.
Plus they cleaned everything up. Couldn't even tell they had been here!
I would definitely recommend them. Plus very reasonable rates!

Dan and Matt did an outstanding job replacing our leach field. I was even educated on how to take care of septic tanks and how they work. The original installer skipped a few steps and parts. This caused our septic tank to fail and the leach field got clogged with solid waste.
I would definitely recommend this company.
