I wasn’t going to write a review, but after looking at the roadwork done in my neighborhood by a credible company, I felt I should do this as Public service. I have a long driveway that is shared with my two neighbors and it needed repair. After getting bids, we decided to use ERC. They started the job on time and it looked like they were going to do a good job but they didn’t. They didn’t fix the sections of the driveway that were crumbling on the side, and they never properly filled in the larger cracks before bringing in the chip seal. When I asked to speak to the supervisor who came out to look at the job, he said there was no way to fix the cracks without cutting out whole sections of the driveway, which is complete nonsense because a reputable company has fixed the cracks in the chip seal of the road in front of my house and it’s beautiful. I should not have paid the second half of the bill until they made the proper repairs. My bad. I do not recommend this company. Good luck, finding another company that does paving in Prescott Arizona.

Update: Kenny from ERC came back out and wanted to make things right for us. He said he will schedule a crack filling crew to fill the cracks but the crack filler will stand out because the material and color will be different than the finished product. It will be about 2-3 weeks due to vacation schedules. I will update my review when the job is completed.

A subcontractor of ERC came out with their crack filler equipment and filled the cracks. The owner of the company said the sheen would wear off within about two weeks, but you would obviously still see the filler which I was prepared for, not a problem . Obviously it would have been better to fill the cracks first, but I have to give ERC credit for following up and doing the right thing. They definitely went out of their way to make me happy. I will get the driveway fogged in a couple of years and that should help aesthetically. Thank you ERC.

Review from Doug Collup
Earth Resources Corporation recently rejuvenated a dirt road on Poland Road. The work performed was excellent: a heavy backhoe worked cleaning out the dirt and rock that had filled the bar pit ditches. The leveling of the road with a bedrock hump in the center was skillfully completed; putting 6-9" rocks in the center and tamping the rocks into the dirt making a very solid base with the backhoe.
The slope of the road toward the installed culverts is excellent for snow and rain run off. The operation of all the pieces of machinery was performed in an excellent manner because I had the privilege of watching the building of the new Waddell Dam. The working road crew ( John Jordan, Chris Hellin, and Bill Preston) were polite and informative at all times.
A most excellent job well done! We highly recommend Earth Resources Corporation.

Yesterday around 10 AM in the morning I was driving in Cornville Arizona one of the ERC water tank trucks cut me off and threw me onto the side of the road causing damages to my vehicle and to my trailer and the materials inside of it. The road supervisor was really cool. Gave me the number told me who to call, I called around 12 o’clock the same day they told me that there’s safety supervisor Would get a hold of me now the next day I’ve been calling all day long and still not received or had any other phones been answered if this proceeds for another day, I will be calling my lawyers and settling it that way.

Wyatt Orr- update: Road partially collapsed 6 months after install.
Crew was rude, charged more to repair and we were told that " we don't need your business lady".
Forget all I wrote originally!
the owner was prompt and responsive and easy to work with. He understood the job of building a road for us and was thorough in his process.
Don and his crew performed the work and were fantastic. We definitely have a good safe road to travel and Earth Resources was a great company to work with.
We will continue to recommend them and use their services as needed.
Thank you to the entire team!!

I didn't use them personally but I've seen some of their handiwork and it's impressive. Also from what I hear is if you're a customer they're top notch, but for the rest of the loonies who left them a bad review it appears not many of them were actual customers, none of them were probably people who had their roads or properties damaged by mother nature, and all of them could learn a thing or two about civility. From what I've heard, seen, and read I believe they are a fine company and they are deserving of your business. If you're in need or you just need a little help from some good hearted, caring, and skilled contractors give Earth Resources Corp a call you won't regret it.

Earth Resources Corp, was hired by Prescott Valley, being the lowest bidder, to resurface our streets. In doing so, they broke the corner of my driveway. I called the company and spoke with Hanna. She was very nice, but as I found out doesn't have much pull within the company. Hanna said I would get a call from Don the supervisor. Waited 5 days NO PHONE CALL. Spoke with Hanna again and she said I would get a call from Dan, Don's supervisor. NO PHONE CALL. Spoke with Hanna again after a couple of weeks waiting and she said she would have Wilson, the owner, give me a call NO PHONE CALL.

They broke my driveway and I guess they figure if they just ignore me I will go away. There isn't much I can do and will have to make the necessary repairs myself, but it sure doesn't say much about the integrity of the company.

For anyone out there that is looking to hire a company doing this type of work don't hire this company. If something goes wrong, you will never hear from them again
