Stoney Hill Construction and the owner Joe went above and beyond in a project of removing and enlarging 2 awning for my mom. This project was 2 years of planning and having multiple contractors looked at. We selected Joe because of his patience and knowledge and fair price. It takes patience and explaining a lot when working for an 80 plus year while I am also out of state asking my fair share questions. He came up with plans and worked with us as we made some changes. Add in 2 of the best employees he has Andy and Kael. They were instrumental in making it a truly enjoyable experience. Their professionalism and honesty were awesome. Upmost trust in them both. Joe was on job site often ensuring all aspects of the job. This was a complete demo of 2 extisting old awnings and replacement on enlarged ones. All in temperatures over 100 ever day. Never once complaining. The site was cleaned and tidied up each night and they returned everyday on time. The professionalism was extraordinary. My mother is very happy as am I. Joseph Arriaga, you have no honor. When my mother and I made the deal for you to convert a workshop into an apartment for my son, you told us we could trust you. When my mother’s health declined faster than we had hoped, you told her you needed more money. She again trusted you. You went into her bedroom and saw that she was bedridden and you still took 30000 dollars from her. You promised us we could trust you. You took that money from my mother and did absolutely no work for her. She has now passed away and you feel you should be able to keep 30000 dollars you did not earn. YOU have no honor.

Okay, when will you make it right? It has been almost a full year since my mother took out the loan to pay you. My sisters and I have to pay it back and that is so unfair. You have been giving us the same excuses for almost a year. Try harder. I vouched for you. I told them you didn't seem like the type of person that would rip an old lady off. So far you have proven me wrong.
