John, Debra, and the install team nailed it right on the head, start to finish. I originally found Assurance because they carry the brand of cabinet I was looking for. They were listed on the Manufacturer's website as the distributor in my area. We remodeled the kitchen, including moving appliances and expanding the footprint. The old kitchen had a peninsula and raised bar. It was very 80's and closed in. The new kitchen is open and airy. Super improvement. I'm confident that if I ever sell the place I'll get back my investment twice over. I'm going to try to attach before and after pics.

We recently had all interior doors replaced by Assurance. From the initial appointment to the project completion, every detail was handled by John and Chris with respect for our time, budget, and convenience. Deadlines were met on time or before expected. The actual installation took less time than anticipated and the installer, Eddie, was pleasant, meticulous, and tidied-up before leaving. We're very pleased with the product (TRUStile Doors) and the workmanship, and we highly recommend Assurance. Incredibly detailed work in all aspects (for us a remodel of two bathrooms, and the construction of a wine bar in our kitchen), professional, timely, and prompt communication throughout the entire job up to completion. (For my wife and I, communication is easily the most important aspect of any hired job.)

I have used Assurance Builders for smaller projects on my home in the past, such as replacing a supporting beam and replacing all our windows and sliding doors and was more than satisfied with their work! When it came time to do a full remodel of my childhood home they were who I called without hesitation. They were excellent at communicating everything, very conscientious of our time line, and diligent about completing the project with excellence. When my daughter struggled with making a selection on cabinet color they helped us out by enlisting an interior design person to help her through the selection process. I also appreciated the way they would patiently explain construction concepts when we were lacking understanding and would answer questions without laughing at us, no matter how "naive" the question was. ?John has an excellent sense of humor and makes what can be a stressful situation fun and enjoyable. Deb, who works in the office is excellent at keeping you abreast of all costs and double checks each order to make sure there is no misunderstanding or misstep which could delay your time line. Would I use them again? ABSOLUTELY!

We have recently replaced nearly all of the windows in our thirty-year old home.
This can be a daunting experience but we were totally put at ease by Assurance Builders. Their highly professional team spent considerable time measuring each critical dimension and assisting our selection of the most suitable Pella product. After our new windows arrived, all went well with the installation. We are very pleased with the product and the professional installation. Extra care was taken to insure the correct installation and the quality of the finished look. At all stages of this major project, we felt that Assurance spent a considerable effort to meet our needs.
