Chase and Brad did an amazing job on the remodel of our master bed and bath and even the patio. They were so helpful with picking out the tiles and glass for the shower. Chase and brad were at the house daily overseeing the project making sure no steps were missed. We are forever grateful to Chase and Brad and the crews for helping us in creating our own personal oasis. I would highly recommend Chase and Santa Barbara to anyone and in fact I did with Bob M. Thanks guys for all of your excellent and hard work.

I chose Brad, from Santa Barbara Homes, from a friends referral and he was right. They do excellent work. They rebuilt my patio with faux stone posts and vigas, new roof and paint and it came out better than I thought it would. Brad and his crew are greats guys, easy to work with and they listen to what you want. Plus his price compared to others was spot on. Highly recommended!!!

Chase at Santa Barbara Homes are top notch! Used them to remodel our kitchen. They were extremely professional & provided excellent quality, craftsmanship & communication. Fantastic people first off who actually listen and truly help you out. They helped me with a bathroom issue when my upstairs toliet flooded into my main floor. It was a mess. My insurance fixed the issue but left me with a hug hole the size of 2 double doors in my celling for 4 or 5 months. A neighbor recommended these guys, and they got straight to work. Brad made sure his crew did the job right and had them come back out to do touch-ups if I noticed anything they missed. Any issues I have had I know exactly who to call. I can not truly thank them enough for helping me out.
