I am extremely appalled with the lack of professionalism I have noticed from the staff that are currently employed at Woodside Village. The lady working at the front desk was NO help at all when it came to resolving any of my issues, as well as issues from other tenants that I am familiar with! This is exactly why it is so hard to put your full trust into a stable place to live — the staff is not going to help you, even if you have a problem that is out of your control. I would definitely not recommend reaching out to the front desk for any issues regarding something that is important to you.

I used to be a tenant here until late last year with my mom before I moved away for college and I have no complaints! In fact I miss it compared to Toledo now LOL. My rating is in regards to the extremely rude woman that answers the office phone. I mistakenly ordered my Hellofresh box with ~$60 worth of food to my old address here, and the new tenants stole my package even though it had my full name and number on it. I found the box in the nearby dumpster with all of the food emptied out of it. The woman both did not seem to care at all and also accused me of trying to impersonate my mom even though I clearly told her I'm her kid. She kept interrupting me and insisting my package was still there/in the hallway even though it hasn't been since Saturday afternoon/evening when the tenants stole it. She was saying things like "Well, I don't know what you want me to do" and "If I get a response from the tenants I'll be calling (Mom's name) because you aren't her and don't sound like her." Continuously saying that I'm trying to impersonate my own mom even though I literally sound like a man. Not even sure what I'd gain from making up this whole scenario anyways. I just want my package that had a weeks worth of meals for me back and I was met with hostility and offered zero help. I'd take it more seriously if I was told there's a package thief, especially since Rockwood is a very lowkey area. I've lived there my entire life, I would know. I didn't file a police report because I figured it could be handled by the staff but I'm wishing I did at this point... Everyone else is really friendly there though. I'd just strongly suggest getting someone without a severe attitude problem to answer your phones. Hopefully this issue will finally get resolved today. I don't care for wasting time on rudeness and thieves.

Never lived here but my friends did. Apartments were quiet due to the sound proofing that was done during construction. Pool, BBQ, and Sauna were always relaxing. It's been some years, but it was a good community, and I would bet it still is.

Lived at Woodside Village a couple of times, and it was a pretty good experience. The owner is nice, and the repairs were always done fast, and no mess when completed. They have a great pool and steam sauna in the summer, with multiple gas grills for cooking out with friends and/or family. Snow removal is good, but the parking is a little tight in some spots. Still, a quiet place to live for a reasonable rent.

Front office lady is so disrespectful. The couple of encounters I have had with her have been quite ridiculous. She shows nothing but rudeness towards any caller and never tries to help any situation you may have. Do better

Well i wold like to start out with saying they have a decent maintenance crew is alright I guess. I lived here for 1 year. when i moved in there had to of been atleast 4 problems with the apartment- light switches didnt work, carpet was filthy . But if you like to be creeped on by old drunk men and watch them get drunk all day this place is for you, if you like slamming doors,banging on walls, watching dogs poop on a balcony. This is a awesome place if you like paying alot for little or no help. Move here!

dishonorable landlord thinks he can change rules mid-lease or impose rules that are not written in lease contract. Is not up front even if you are. Arbitrary "rehab" fee imposed upon move in with no justification. Oven and dish washer were filthy upon move in. Some outside wood paths are falling apart and the basement apartments have a serious mildew problem. Otherwise nice place

Wonderful community I would recommend as it is very beautiful and peaceful on the grounds and management is friendly.
