We have used Arizona Air Care for several years. The company is fairly priced, professional, and highly skilled craftsmanship. Dave is always on time, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. We had had him install a new A/C, unit, new duct work and a/c vents, as well as annual inspections. We are highly satisfied with all his work, and will continue to use him for all our A/C needs. Dave is the BOMB! Had a problem with my heat pump and just knew that it was going to be expensive. Dave came out to the house, laid his healing hands upon the unit, and I had heat. Winning! Highly recommend Dave for for A/C and heating repairs. Oh, and he handled it for just the cost of a service call. It doesn't get any better than that. I'd give more stars if possible.

On May 29, 2024, we paid Arizona air care $225 to service the swamp cooler and $125 to put in a new float valve. I used to do it myself while living in Arizona. A new float valve costs about $10.
There was a problem the following week and they needed to return and repair the water line for $125. I also paid a handyman $408 to repair the wet and damaged drywall on the ceiling as well as paint the ceiling from the water leak on the roof. I serviced the swamp cooler myself for over 20 years and this never happened.
The next month they replaced the water pump for $165.
This in itself would not be the cause of the negative review. I could’ve lived with this.
On September 18, 2024, Arizona Air Care assessed the nonworking central air conditioner and gave an estimate of $1342 to repair the unit. A second opinion by a different company recommended changing the dirty air filter, which is exactly what I did. A new filter costs between $5 and $20. It is now February 1, 2025, and the unit has worked perfectly ever since. I have given instructions to the property management company to never allow Arizona Air Care onto our property again.

Bought a new house and the A/C broke immediately. Called Dave and he was there in 4 minutes! It needed a little more love than he could do that trip but he got running long enough for him to come back and get it permanently fixed. Super reasonable price and very straightforward. Highly Recommend!
