We met TC Custom Home and Design, Terry & Cole initially to try and buy one of their lots, their lots didn’t work for what we wanted. So we ended up finding a lot and they helped us out right off the bat with the city and finding us an architect to do some small changes on their design to make it fit our lot.
They told us 8-9 months to build it and it took 8 1/2 months exactly.
They were great to work with. They were very patient with us and our decision making and helped us with ideas. They always answered the phone and emails right away. All their subs were great guys. They were clean and showed up when they said they would.

TC is a true custom home builder. Unlike other home builders in the area running several crews and building out entire developments, Terry and Cole are personally involved and engaged through the entire process of each home build. They were on-site daily to manage every detail and make immediate corrections to ensure that our beautiful home was quality and built to last. Their ideas and attention to detail set this home apart from the others. Some of the details: all concrete is rebar reinforced, 10ft ceilings and 8ft doors, 10' double garage door and 14' x 12' RV garage door, 50 amp electrical with water bib and sewer dump inside garage plus 220V outlets, all exterior and interior walls insulated, extra outlets on all walls, hot water recirculator so there's instant hot water at every faucet, Cat 5 throughout, motion switches, automated landscaping lights, power outlets under soffit on all corners, solar tubes, retractable stairs and floor in attic for storage, and it goes on. TC Custom Home honestly cares about the customer care relationship and maintaining it. Terry also helped me when working with the VA appraiser and personally responded to some of the unique questions from the VA. There has been no change in his professionalism or dedication to customer satisfaction after the home purchase. He responds immediately to questions or concerns and has promptly fixed things that have come up as they do with a new home right after moving in and getting settled. We have since built a wall and added some countertops in the kitchen, and if I ever had a concern about any of it, I could just call Terry and he'd jump right in and talk to the contractor or address my concerns immediately and freely offer help and advice and get everything back on track. There are so many choices out there and a lot of money at stake when building a new home creating the potential for a lot of things to go sideways and have a very large negative and lasting impact. Working with TC Custom Homes eliminates that risk! I have personally experienced building with many different builders and have heard a lot of horror stories from others as my job regularly moved me around the country the last 25 years and I feel like I really hit the jackpot with TC Custom Home & Design. This is hands down the best home experience I've ever had. I absolutely recommend them and their custom homes without hesitation!

These guys know how to build and to build it right. If your wanting someone to build your dream home look no further. I have worked side by side with them and I know the quality of workmanship is among the best I have seen. No shortcuts and don’t correctly. There service and customer interaction is the best as well.
