Joe was awesome! He was fun and very nice and offered great customer service. I even took a picture of him up in the saddle moving logs while it was snowing right in his face. Thank you so much for working with my work schedule! Amazing deal more than 10 cords easy as promised. The scheduler Cody was polite, professional and accommodating. The real gem of this outfit is Joe, He was extremely polite, professional, hard working and best of all very safe. He put the logs exactly where I needed them. We ordered a load of logs in Susanville and got them pretty darn quick! Joe was amazing! He maneuvered that big ol’ truck through our very tight gate! He even helped me move a few things around! Nothing but smiles and focus out of Joe! Very professional man! The logs are stacked so nice! Thanks for your hard work Joe!

This is a terrific tree-cutting company! They return your phone calls and stay in communication with you, they give you an estimate that they stick with and they are hard-working nice guys! We couldn’t have been happier with their safety and efficiency in cutting down and trimming trees. In watching them the lead worker was constantly training and making suggestions to the other workers. And, they were constantly checking in with us to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend this company!

I had a load of logs delivered to my place on Janesville grade and my place isn’t level at all but the delivery driver/operator did an incredible job for only being with the company for a month he operated the grapple truck like he has been doing it for 50 years I was very impressed and he was very respectful and professional. Great job tubit for hiring people like Joseph I believe he will be and incredible addition to your company.
