My experience from beginning to end was very pleasant. Walter the estimator was honest in his opinion and recommendation. The office kept me apprised of the order and installation progress. The installation team was wonderful- showed up on time, was respectful of the property, handled the job with care and was mindful of neighbors. The site was left clean. I will use them again.

I have used Alexander Company twice now. and they have been amazing to work with. The employees are super nice and lovely to work with. They have been diligent and communicative about my window orders! They are helpful with getting permits and making sure all the T are crossed and I's are dotted. Highly recommend Alexander Company if you are looking to upgrade your windows.

On 1/30/2025 the Alexander Co team installed double-pane glass sliding patio doors to my living room and master bedroom. Excellent customer service from the purchase with Walter Conejo to contact information with Rosie, Mary Jane and Trish regarding delivery and installation of product in my home. The company coordinated with the Foster City Building Inspector to approve stucco trim around doors, completed 2/29/2025. Excellent service from the Alexander Co from purchase to installation.

Referred by my house painter, I selected Alexander and Company to replace the original front windows. The team- Carlos, Jose and Rob were excellent: communicative, timely, and professional. Jose did an amazing job wood cladding my windows on site. They protected my living room with cardboard and plastic on the floors and walls and cleaned the area each day - vacuumed and swept all package and debris. I consider the price I paid good value having compared several bids. Would recommend them to all.

I had a house fire and as a result I had to replace 3 Victorian style windows while meeting San Francisco current codes. Marvin Windows referred me to Alexander Co. These were tough windows to spec out and make. The owner Jeff Alexander was super. He personally came to oversee measurements and the order with Marvin. Marvin took months to deliver the windows. Upon arrival, Alexander immediately helped me arrange a painter to have the window frames painted, and their team installed the windows the next day. They fit perfectly like a glove, despite my worries about the curved top of these Victorian windows. I really appreciated Jeff's personal attention and his whole team, who were all very professional and attentive to every detail.

Wonderful experience with new windows from Alexander Company on the rear of our house. Richard provided us with several options when he sent us estimates. He was helpful when we had questions making our decision. When we made our selection, the office team was friendly and helpful when we placed our order, and the contract was clear and easy to understand. When the windows came in and we scheduled the install, Mohammed and Eric arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were careful of our home, efficient and installed the windows and cleaned up thoroughly!Mohammed explained how the windows & screens worked and made sure we understood. From start to finish, this was a streamlined project! Many thanks to Mohammed and Eric in the execution of this project. This is our 3rd window project with Alexander Company and we highly recommend them!!

Great experience throughout the whole process of replacing our back windows. Our initial contact (Alex) was extremely helpful, working through the options with us to figure out what was possible and made the most sense. The installation was done in 2 days. The installers were very easy to work with but extremely comprehensive and detail oriented, in some cases leaving the area/trims in better shape than they were originally. The house is now quieter, more temperate throughout the day and has a bit more light. Would definitely recommend Alexander Company to anyone looking to replace windows and we will definitely be following up with them when the time comes to replace the front windows.
