BE CAREFULE - It was kinda scam.
The designer couldn't have any good ideas to design our company logo. Therefore, we used the Microsoft paint 3D to draw some logo ideas to the designer. Then, the designer just used the better program to fine tune the design, the font and the colors.
When we asked for the PDF file, we were told by the company legal person that it was their property, which the terms were buried somewhere in the agreement. Therefore, we paid additional $800 to engage the legal team to register the logo. It has been almost a year, no one can give me any update about the status of logo registration.
